In order to speed up the process of adding tasks or risks, I think it would be useful to be able to add / edit tasks as a grid view. i.e. from the risk dashboard, I could change the status without having to go into the individual risk. On the task dashboard, I could change the assignee or due dates from the task view rather than having to go into each individual task. Is that type of feature possible with the existing platform? Thanks Darren
  2. I agree that something like this would be beneficial. Even with incentives and carrot dangling, if it's easy to do, people are more likely to do it
  3. Hi When working with multiple pages of tasks, and you open a task on page 2, upon closing the task, the task list refreshes and goes back to page 1. It's quite annoying when you're updating a bunch of tasks that aren't on page 1. Filtering can help, but it really depends on the number of tasks, so if this can be resolved that would be ideal. I hope that makes sense thanks
  4. Would it be possible to add a section for links / external URLS, possibly as an option next to attachments? We currently use online resources such as onedrive, or sharepoint locaitons for our Project Document Management, so being able to add links to the project folder on sharepoint from the Project would be a great addition for streamlining our project workflow

  6. Hi, We seem to have a bug with dates not showing on the overview, and the dates showing as not set If I open one of the projects, there are dates set as per screenshot

  11. Hello When in the task view on Project Manager, can a sort option be added to the date columns please so that it's easy to sort the tasks by due date? Thanks Darren
  12. As part of a BPM, can we have the option to create a new service, and associated fields, as one of the node options? Or maybe this could be covered as an iBridge integration call? Thanks Darren
  13. Hello We have 40ish services currently displayed on the portal, associated to 8 service categories. I would be really interested to be able to display the categories, rather than the services on the home page. Is this something that could provided as an option? Would other people like this option? Thanks Darren
  14. Thanks @Paul Alexander and @alextumber It's definitely slowing us down at the moment, because people are having to assign themselves the task so that they can update it, before then re-assigning it back to the original person Thanks
  15. Hello Would it be possible to have the columns on Project Portfolio amended, or have the option to configure the ones we want to see, similar to how the request list works on Service Manager? We haven't found the Last Modified By and Last Modified Date to be much use to us, but having the Sponsor, Actual Start Date and Scheduled End Date information would be extremely useful as a minimum Thanks
  16. @alextumberthat would definitely help with some types of metadata, yes. There are also other areas where having access to multi line text fields would enable us to add more complex information, such as benefits reviews etc...
