  1. Hi @Gerry That does make sense, and tbh I hadn't designed the BPM in mind with people using the follow up option in the way they did, but you can never account for the myriad of ways people will try to use the tool and test you For now, I think we'll manage it through education on how to use the tool, rather than try and build it into the BPM. Like you say, it could get very messy, very quickly otherwise thanks
  2. Hi, I wasn't sure if to add this to Collaboration, BPM or Service Manager... When using the follow up option on a task, and setting a new date, would be possibly to have a way of supress the the BPM from carrying on until the new follow up task is completed? Maybe pictures would help explain In the below BPM, the human task called Review Summary & Documentation was marked for followup in 3 months time. A new Review Summary & Documentation task was created with a due date of 3 months time. All good. However, the Change Approval task was also created. What I was hoping would happen is that using the follow function essentially paused the BPM until that task was done, but it takes the task as complete instead and the BPM moves on. Have I missed something in the configuration, or is that how the system is designed to work? Thanks Darren
  3. Hi When searching risks at a portfolio level, can it be possible to include project field in the searches? i.e. searching for hornbill should bring up my hornbill project risks
  4. When opening up any project this morning we get the following errors Task lists are blank... Risks and issues are blank... Thanks Darren
  5. Just applied the update, but now getting the following errors when opening up projects The task list is also empty
  6. Hi When trying to select who to assign a task to in Projects, the list is limted. It doesn't include all the stakeholders. It appears to stop at 10, and we have projects with 12+ resources and are unable to select from the whole list Thanks
  7. We haven't seen this error before, and haven't had it on ones raised since, but it appeared to fail when building the relationship from the SR to the project
  8. Thanks @alextumber If we go to the Task through 'my activities' then we can resolve the task as expected, but we can't do it through the project...
  9. Hi When trying to resolve a task, users are getting the following error. As you can see, Jo Sword is the assignee, but it won't let her complete the task We've generated a number of projects via a template, all with tasks that the owner is unable to complete Darren
  10. It's setting me as the Pm, but no idea why. I'm not the PM in the template, and it's hard coded anyway that I can tell. How do I check the user account for the ibridge?
  11. Hi @alextumber, no I'm not set as the PM which is the confusing part. I'm not the one creating the project either. In this case, another member of the department created the project so I expected them to be the project mgr. Could it be because I created the Project Template that is being used??
  12. I'll do my best to explain the scenario we're currently having an issue with, so please hang in there ISSUE: when raising a project, all tasks are being assigned to Darren Rose, even though they shouldn't be. We use the ibridge connector to raise a project from an SR. Our Ibridge is currently setup as such. the Project Manager field is blank. It raises a project using our IT project template In the project template, the tasks are set with no assignee In the Stakeholders, there is no PM set, and I have a role we created call IT Governance However, when the project is raised via the iBridge, I am being picked as the PM and the tasks are being assigned to me. This happens even when I have not been involved in any way on the ticket used to trigger the ibridge connector. Any ideas? I cannot find where it may be picking me up from... Thanks Darren
  13. Hi @Steven Boardman I'm unable to get this working by searching for reference number. It will search against the summary field but not when I search for a reference number. If I search for the reference number I get 0 results Yet, if I search for the Summary, it does display the ticket Any ideas?
  14. one more thing, it failed to add the relationship
  15. In this instance, it was quality statement, scope and description
  16. Hi @alextumber I think the issue is character length The field which I am using to populate a field in the project doesn;t have a character limit, and it is over 255 characters. I just raised a project where I didn't exceed the character limit, and it worked. Can the character limit on the project fields be extended? thanks
  17. Hi the ibridge was working fine on tuesday, but has now stopped, and I now get the following error
