  1. Hi Lee, Sure, you can set the property on the checkpoint: Alex
  2. @TSheward_SGW I'll check with our development team but I believe it's just for new project tasks. Alex
  3. @Darren Rose if you search for the following strings in the Hornbill Admin Tool you can change the default values provided: * app.features.projects.main.tabs.myProjects * app.features.projects.main.tabs.myProjectRisks Alex
  4. @Darren Rose if you switch the language to say, Spanish, you can see that all pieces of text are translatable. That means that there is a translation string defined for each. I agree though, you should be able to translate the titles in translation mode. Alex
  5. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. That certainly seems like a good idea to me. I shall pass this on to our product and development teams. Regarding the translations, that sounds like a bug to me. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  6. @Darren Rose this issue has been identified and fixed in the latest Project Manager update, which is now available. Alex
  7. @Darren Rose something like this that is currently available in Document Manager?
  8. @Darren Rose still no movement I'm afraid but something we would still like to add. Alex
  9. @Darren Rose is this issue happening with just specific tasks or does it happen for all tasks? Alex
  10. @Darren Rose Would it be fair to say that 'business strategies' in this case are a form of project category? but with the notion that a project could be part of multiple different business strategies? Would a useful feature for Project Manager be the ability to tag projects, much the same way that you can tag documents in Hornbill Document Manager?
  11. @Darren Rose what sort of information are you looking to store in these custom fields? Is the information generic across projects or is it more specific to each project you have? Alex
  12. @Darren Rose if you set the percentage complete to 100 and update the task does it give the same error? I will ask our development team to investigate this. Alex
  13. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I definitely agree with you. It needs to be changed. At the moment, there is no functionality around dependant tasks (it is basically just a link between tasks) however we are looking to increase the functionality in this area. I will keep you posted. Alex
  14. @Darren Rose @TSheward_SGW In the latest Project Manager update which has just been released, new project tasks will show the name of the project instead of the project id:
  15. @Darren Rose thanks for you post. I believe this is part of the same thing requested by @TSheward_SGW here: This is something that we are actively looking to add and hopefully it will be in the next update which is due very soon. Alex
  16. @TSheward_SGW no problem, thanks for the feedback. It is most welcome :-) I will pass on everything to our development and product teams. I can tell you that the ability to categorise project tasks is in active development so you should see that added very shortly, possibly in the next update. I will post back here when I have more updates to share. Alex
  17. Hi @TSheward_SGW, thanks for your posts. Regarding assignment, are you wanting to assign project tasks to roles instead of project stakeholders? When you say filter Activity views based on tasks, are you talking about the ability to categorise tasks and/or the ability to distinguish which application a task/application has come from? Alex
  18. @Darren Rose no problem, I will chase this internally. I can't see it being a difficult thing to add. Alex
  19. @Darren Rose The next update to the Hornbill Admin Tool will make it possible to insert variables into an iBridge node param that contains a search box. We expect this update to happen sometime over the next couple of days. Alex
  20. @Darren Rose I'm pleased to say that this will be possible in the next Project Manager update. Alex
  21. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I take it you mean including the project name field in the searches? I'll pass this requirement onto our development and product teams. Alex
  22. @Darren Rose this issue has now been resolved. The version of the application (171) which was pulled at the end of last week had once again made its way into the live app store (when it shouldn't have done). We have investigated the issue and have put the necessary checks in place to make sure that this can't happen again. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Alex
  23. @Darren Rose we are currently investigating the problem. Alex
  24. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen problem we've had to pull this update from the app store. A new Project Manager update will be made available in the near future. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
  25. @Darren Rose The latest project manager update has been removed from the app store due to issues with the latest version of the platform not being live yet for customers. You are now running the previous build of Project Manager. I will let you know when the new version is available. Apologies for any inconvenience. Alex
