  1. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I will feed this back to our product team. Alex
  2. @Nikolaj thanks for your feedback. I will pass this on to our product teams here at Hornbill. Alex
  3. @Darren Rose our development team have found and fixed the issue. It will be available in the next Project Manager update. Alex
  4. @Nikolaj thanks for confirming this. Our development team have identified the problem when completing a task from outside of the project manager app and are currently working on a fix. In the mean time, I can confirm that the setting of the notify pm flag when creating new milestones and tasks will now be controlled by app settings. This also applies to milestones and tasks created against project templates and will be available in the next update:
  5. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
  6. @Nikolaj ok thanks. I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
  7. @Nikolaj ok thanks, I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
  8. @Nikolaj there are no rights missing. When completing the tasks, are your project members doing so from the Project Task view, or from the Core Task View? Alex
  9. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I'm not sure I understand the problem though. Are both tasks linked to the same milestone? Alex
  10. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
  11. @Darren Rose @Nikolaj Thanks for your feedback on this. I will ask our development team about the prospect of introducing app settings for both tasks and milestones so that you can set the notification to default to on or off globally. I don't think it will be too much effort. Alex
  12. @Darren Rose there is currently no configuration setting. I can ask our development team to change that for the next update in both the project template tasks and the project tasks themselves. It is a very simple change. Alex
  13. @Nikolaj the latest Project Manager update is now available. Alex
  14. @Nikolaj hopefully by the end of this week. Alex
  15. @Nikolaj I'm pleased to say that this feature will be included as part of the next Project Manager update. Alex
  16. @Nikolaj great. I'll have a chat with our product and development teams. I can't see this being difficult to add. Alex
  17. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. Do you mean a Hornbill notification to the Project Manager? (Like the functionality available in project milestones) Alex
  18. @Jeremy thanks for your post. All feedback (both good and bad) is most welcome. Alex
  19. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I will pass on your feedback to our product team. Our first priority is to add logic for dependencies between tasks within the same project. After that, if there is enough demand for cross project dependencies, then it is something that we will no doubt look into. Alex
  20. @Nikolaj with the impending release of the Hornbill Boards application, the setting in Project Manager has been removed. If you have the new Boards application installed, it will automatically be available inside of your projects. You can add one or many boards to each project. When the app is released, Harry Hornbill will be making a video to demonstrate some of the main features :-) Alex
  21. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. The topic of automated actions via bpm in Project Manager has come up recently during internal meetings. I will find out from our product and development teams where we are with this and will post back here. Alex
  22. @JJF100296 thanks for your post. This is definitely a feature that we are interested in providing for Project Manager but it is not something that our development team are actively working on at the moment. I will post back here as and when that changes. Alex
  23. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. This sounds like a bug to me. I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
  24. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. This is something that we had always planned to do, but for the initial phases of Project Manager it was deemed sufficient to leave everything as a more general privilege. Please feel free to list the rights that you would like to see become available and I will feed them back to our product and development teams. Alex
  25. @mojahidm thanks for your post. Having spoken with our product team, I can confirm that this is not something that we are working on in the short term. There are other features that are currently in development that are focused more around internal projects. As always though, if there is enough demand from our customers, a feature or change request can move up the priority list in no time at all! Please do keep posting your suggestions and enhancement requests on the forum. All feedback (both good and bad) is most welcome. Alex
