  1. @Paul Alexander our development team have found and fixed the issue. The fix will be included in the next Project Manager update which is due very soon... Alex
  2. @Paul Alexander thanks for your post. Our development team are currently looking into this. Alex
  3. @Nikolaj you should see the boards tab in a project automatically if you have a Board Manager role? Alex
  4. @Darren Rose great suggestion. I'll pass this on to our development and product teams. Alex
  5. @Nikolaj thanks for your suggestion, I can definitely see the value in this. I'll feed back your comments to our development and product teams. Alex
  6. @Nikolaj it makes sense that if you have the Holiday Manager app installed then you'd want to pull in the holiday data from there (to avoid re entering it in multiple places) but if you don't have the app, I agree you'd need a way to input this in Project Manager. As the feature gets closer to release, I will be able to provide you with more details. Alex
  7. @Nikolaj sure, will do. There is no print functionality as such (although you could print the screen etc). You do have the ability to snapshot gantt chart views however. This functionality can be found in the gantt chart full screen views. Alex
  8. @Nikolaj @Lyonel thanks for your posts. I can definitely see the value in this. I will feed this back to our development and product teams. Alex
  9. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. We do already have something in the works for this which includes a full integration to another Hornbill app: Hornbill Holiday Manager. In the attached screenshot, if you have Holiday Manager installed, you get a small calendar icon next to each stakeholder. When you click it, it opens up a popup window with a calendar to show you this user's availability (probably a bad example as this user has no booked holiday!). At this time, I can't say when either the new app or the Project Manager functionality will be available, but as you can see it's something that we are looking to add to the product in the future. Alex
  10. @Darren Rose seems more than reasonable. I'll ask out project management dev team to take a look. Alex
  11. @TSheward_SGW currently there is no assignment logic for project tasks. This will be added in the next Project Manager update. Apologies for any confusion here. Alex
  12. @Nikolaj thanks for your feedback. I will pass this on to our development and product teams. Alex
  13. Hi @Patrick Walker thanks for your post. Integration with Timesheet Manager is still a priority. I don't have any news at this time but will post back here when we have an announcement to make. Alex
  14. @Nikolaj I believe this is linked to the same problem where completing tasks/activities via the core view does not invoke the correct behaviour in Project Manager (like the Project Manager notification problem). Hopefully this bug will be solved soon by our development team. Alex
  15. @Darren Rose this requirement is still towards the top of the development queue. I will pass on your feedback. Alex
  16. @Darren Rose this requirement from Project Manager was waiting for the recent changes to core tasks. I will follow up on where this change is in the list. Alex
  17. @Darren Rose thanks for your suggestion. I'll feed this back to our development team. Alex
  18. @Nikolaj I'm pleased to say that this has already been identified by our development team and has been fixed in passing. The fix will be in the next Project Manager update. Alex
  19. @Darren Rose Both impact and Probability selections will be in the next Project Manager update (expected this week). This includes dynamic recalculation of the risk weighting based on the configured project risk matrix. The same functionality for tasks in a project will arrive in a future Project Manager update. Alex
  20. @Darren Rose @Steven Boardman it's a TEXT field in the database and there is a 10,000 character limit on the field in the UI. Alex
  21. @Darren Rose Thanks. I will feed this back to our development and product teams. Alex
  22. @Darren Rose like this you mean? :-) This is currently being tested, but I expect to see it in Project Manager in either the next or one after updates. Alex
  23. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. This is definitely possible. I will feed this back to our product and development teams. Alex
  24. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to take a look. Alex
