  1. @chrisnutt ManageEmail' encompasses quite a bit so I can see why you would want finer control. If I can think of an easier way i'll let you know.
  2. @chrisnutt under the Role Properties there is a System Rights tab. Under here there is a Configuration section where you can add/remove 'ManageEmail', that might be sufficient.
  3. @Michael do you own the requests in question? It is possible that the owner has set the On Hold visibility to 'Owner' rather than team. I have seen this myself and chalked it up to user error, although there might be more to it.
  4. @Kelvin sadly, from what I can see there is no way to link as SLA to a specific asset. This would probably have to be considered an enhancement.
  5. @Nikolaj if you look at the routing rule is there anything there that might not match with the email you are sending. For example a fromdomain parameter that does not match would then exclude your email from the rule.
  6. @Alisha are you talking about requests on the board? If you hover over a request the details will appear.
  7. @nasimg I have sent you an RCA on the request you raised last week.
  8. @stuartmclennan how did you get on with this? Let me know if you need further info.
  9. @stuartmclennan you will need to make changes to the Hornbill shared mailbox settings. However this is not something that we would normally do for you as you have full access to the Admin view. The previously linked documentation will take you through any changes you need to make. You might want to pass this on to your email administrators so that they have make the required changes in Hornbill to point the mailbox at the new 365 setup.
  10. @stuartmclennan is both outbound and inbound email affected or only inbound? Also following the change to 365 have you made any changes to the Inbound Mail service settings on the Hornbill email administration side? This is covered in the document that Steve listed previously: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Email_Administration
  11. @stuartmclennan I dont believe multi factor authentication is possible, was previously discussed here: https://community.hornbill.com/topic/12405-two-factor-authentication/?tab=comments#comment-58935
  12. @nasimg I'll be in touch on the request you have raised with us. @Adam@Greggs let us know if you are still seeing performance issues.
  13. @Adrian Simpkins if you want to see the latest update to a request you can order the timeline by the following options.
  14. @Alberto M thanks, good to know.
  15. @Daniel it looks like the Validation option isn't available on certain asset classes, i'll query this with our developers. Also if you PM me your template file and CSV file I can look into this further.
  16. @Adrian Simpkins I believe there is a new version of Edge available so it may be worth giving that a try. First though I would try just resetting the browser settings, as it sounds like an autocomplete or Windows Defender related issue.
  17. @Paul Alexander would be worth raising this with the Support team, we may need to go through your logs to see if there are any errors at the point of upload.
  18. @Daniel Did you have the validation option set against the upload? It looks like there may be duplicate assets in the database.
  19. @Paul Alexander are the affected pdf's all above a certain size? It may possibly be a timeout related issue if only larger pdf's are affected.
  20. @samwoo the release is now available. Details here: https://community.hornbill.com/topic/17954-new-update-hornbill-service-manager-1863/
  21. @Alberto MOK good to know. Let me know if the problem reoccurs.
  22. @Alberto M is there anything specific about those emails such as attachments of a specific type or size? Also I cant see the image you posted...
  23. @sprasad we are readying a new Service Manager build and this is scheduled for release Monday morning. It will contain a fix for this issue.
  24. @Daniel the new build of Service Manager is expected to be released on Monday. Once you have taken that build the problem should no longer occur.
  25. A quick update on this. Our developers are working on a fix and this may potentially be released tomorrow in the form of a new Service Manager build.
