Hello,
Please could we request an enhancement to the override flags in captures? We would like to be able to have a different set of questions based on the time of day, i.e. office hours and out of hours.
Instead of having a separate question to ask are you requesting this during office hours/out of hours, it would be great if this could somehow be picked up from our Working Time Calendar.

Hello,
In our Service Portfolio we have restricted our Request Category Level so that only certain categories are visible when logging a request.
Is there a way to manually update the category once the request has been logged to a category that wasn't initially visible please?
We don't want to make all our categories visible to our customers, but would need to categorise the request correctly after the request has been logged. I know we can update the category in the Business Process, but was wondering if we could update the category manually for older requests that were using a different Business Process.

With a combination of both of your advice, I've now managed to make it work using the 'Email External Address'. Thank you both for your help, I really appreciate it.
However, I'm still none the wiser about the difference between Co-worker and Co-worker (From Variable) and when to use 'Manual' or 'Variable' in the drop-down, if someone could explain that to me please?

I've updated the process as you've suggested but unfortunately I can't get it to work. I may be using the wrong options in the Email Notification. What is the difference between Co-worker and Co-worker (From Variable) and also the Manual and Variable drop-downs? I'm never sure which ones to use!

Hello,
I'd like an email to be sent to a co-worker based on what's been selected in the capture in the Search Co-workers Data Query. I have used a custom field in the capture for this field. Is this possible please?
In the Business Process I have used a 'Get User Details' node (where I specify the custom field) before the 'Email Notification'. I have tried using the Email Notification with Co-worker as well as Co-worker (From Variable), with the Manual and Variable drop-down but that hasn't worked.

+1 for as as well please. We would also like Auto Tasks to be able to trigger an email pop up so we can edit the text in the email before sending it.

What's the correct SQL to display information from the past 7 days please? I'm trying to create a List of Data widget.
I have used BETWEEN CURRENT_DATE -7 AND CURRENT_DATE but this has given me results from last year as well as this year.
When I used >=CURRENT_DATE -7 that gave me today's information as well as the previous 7 days.

Hi @Daniel Dekel,
We'd like to use this in text widgets on a Domain sub-page.
We have a lot of information to display and customers could just click on the section they're interested in reading and expand that. This would be easier to manage than having lots of sub-pages and linking to them.

We would like the Business Process to add specific assets to the Request, based on what was selected in the Progressive Capture.
In one of our Captures, we have a decision node to split it between Analysts and Customers. If the Request is logged by:- Analyst - The 'Asset details' form appears so the analyst can pick the correct asset to Link.
- Self-service - There is no 'Asset details' form as we would not expect our customers to Link third party assets. It would be helpful if the Business Process could add the asset automatically once the Request is logged. For example, if Capture answer = mobile phone, then in the BPM, add Asset = Vodafone.
This is similar to my request below.

We are using the Assets form in the capture, which is fine when the analysts are logging the request as they can link the relevant third party asset. However, if the customer logs the request we haven't used the form - we wouldn't expect them to link third party assets to the request. We would prefer if this could be done automatically via the Business Process.

@Steve Giller Please could this be considered as an enhancement?
It would be helpful if customers had the ability to add their own 'Interested' parties. Using the existing Connections form seems like a simpler way of doing this rather than using a Data Query drop down list in a capture, which does not allow for multiple people to be added at a time.- 1

Our custom field is a checkbox, so we would like the tick to disappear at the end of the Auto Task.

Thank you, I can see that. However, because we are restricting the category level in the Service Portfolio, I don't see the top level categories in the Category Action.
