  1. @QEHNick thanks for your post. This sounds like a bug. I've asked our development team to investigate. Alex
  2. @QEHNick thanks for your post. I will feed this back to our development and product teams. Alex
  3. @QEHNick if you open the project resource you should have the option to remove the project resource from the project: Alex
  4. @QEHNick thanks for your post. This looks like a bug. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  5. @Sam P thanks for your post. Great suggestion. I will feed this back to our product and development teams. Hopefully this will be added to the application soon. Alex
  6. @Sam P thanks for your post. This has been on the list to add for some time. Hopefully we will see it added to the application soon. Alex
  7. @Sam P thanks for your post. Currently this is not possible in Project Manager. It is only possible to map custom fields from IC in Service Manager. I will feed this back to our product and development teams. Alex
  8. @QEHNick I take it you are searching in the weightings table on the right here, without first selecting a matrix (on the left)? If you select a matrix first there will be no issue. From the Hornbill side, the search box above the weightings table should not be visible unless there is a matrix that has already been selected. Our development team will fix this in the next update so that this issue cannot occur again in the future. Alex
  9. @QEHNick thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  10. @QEHNick thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  11. @Adrian Simpkins thanks for your post. Yes this is intended behaviour. If the contract needs to be renewed a second time it's the first contract renewed that should then be renewed (if that makes sense) Alex
  12. @Ann thanks for your post. No difference. It's informational only regarding the relationship. All values come from a simple list which can be adjusted accordingly. Alex
  13. @Ann thanks for your post. Currently the gantt view for tasks shows all tasks within the parent project dates. The project dates are what determine the start and end points on the gantt chart. Currently there are no other gantt chart views such as a daily or weekly view etc but that doesn't mean that they can't be added. I will pass this onto our product team. Alex
  14. @Ann thanks for your post. The supplier field is actually present on a contract, it's just hidden. I'll speak with our product and development teams about this as in theory it should be as easy as updating the supplier field to move a contract from one supplier to another. Alex
  15. @Adrian Simpkins thanks for your post. The h_value column in the database is of type DECIMAL. The h_custom_4 column in the database is of type VARCHAR. That would explain the discrepancy in precision. Alex
  16. @JanS2000 thanks for your post. Try one of the following status values: status.active status.preferred status.barred status.archived The help button should launch a dialog and give you some info about each of the fields you are importing data into, including the status field Alex
  17. @Ann thanks for your post. This is something that is definitely possible. I will speak with our development and product teams about this. Alex
  18. @Ann this is something that isn't live/doesn't exist yet. Sorry I just took a screen grab and laid it over the top of the asset view! I will feed the requirement back to our development and product teams. Alex
  19. @Ann no updates at the moment I'm afraid. Still experiencing performance issues during testing. I will reply to this thread and mention you as soon as there is any news here. Alex
  20. @Ann thanks for your post. Just to clarify you're effectively looking for something like this? Alex
  21. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I will speak to our development and product teams about this. Should be simple enough to add. Alex
  22. @Ann this feature should be live now:
  23. @Ann I'm afraid not. What I can tell you on this particular occasion is that we ran into some performance issues during testing so want to make sure those are completely fixed before the functionality is released. Alex
  24. A fix is currently being rolled out to all customers. Should be back working within the next 10 minutes. Apologies again for any inconvenience. Alex
  25. We've identified the issue and are working on a fix. I'll provide another update when we have one shortly. Thanks for your patience. Alex
