Good Morning All,
I have some updates for you regarding scheduled requests.
We have added this functionality to Service Manager and it was due to be released with an update this week but was pulled due to issues found at the last minute with testing. It is currently scheduled to be released with a Service Manager update w/c 28/08/23.
As you will see with the screenshots, the new functionality is loosely based on email routing rule templates. We have plans to add features to both areas in the coming weeks as they share a lot of common functionality. Any requests that are raised from a scheduled request template will have a source of 'Scheduled' so you'll be able to track all the requests raised from each scheduled request.

@Gareth Cantrell thanks for your post.
Seems like a more than reasonable request to me. I'll ask our development team to investigate.

@Frank Reay thanks for your post.
I will feed this back to our development and product teams.

@Martyn Houghton as you've probably already seen, this change was included with the latest service manager update.

@Ann thanks for your post.
This is definitely possible. I will feed this back to our product and development teams.

@Ann thanks for your post.
Currently it's only possible to notify the project manager via Hornbill notifications. We've had this requirement come up for a number of apps now so I will feed this back to our platform team.

@Ann our development team is currently adding a new filter of project type to this view. It will be available in the next project manager update.

@Berto2002 thanks for your post.
We are currently testing the next update and I expect it to be ready within the next 2 weeks.

@Gareth Cantrell no problem. I totally agree and adding conditions to web hook events makes a lot of sense to me.
I'll forward this requirement onto the relevant team at Hornbill.

@Gareth Cantrell thanks for your post.
Unfortunately it's not possible for us to configure the payload on an entity by entity basis. At this current time, the web hook functionality sends the primary key plus any columns that have ben modified for all application entities.
Personally, I would love to see us update the incident table and have a consistent set of columns across the board but a change like that to a major table that's used by every one of our customers involves a lot of work (to the detriment of other features/functionality), as I'm sure you can appreciate. The fact there is also a viable workaround available (admittedly not ideal) is also likely to mean this won't be addressed anytime soon unfortunately.
I will post back to this thread if there are any updates or any movements on this particular known issue.

@Frank Reay thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate.

@Sam P as @Steve Giller says, the weightings should be pulled through from the Risk Matrix which is defined in the administration section. You will need the Project Administrator role to access this:

@Jeremy from the release notes for the latest Service Manager update:
- On Hold Request reason not always mandatory when status set to mandatory {PM00176494}
Can I ask if your sub status is configured as mandatory or not?

@Berto2002 the table where comments is stored is called h_buz_comments.
The foreign key in this table is h_activity_id. This should give you what you need to create your additional join.

@QEHNick thanks for your post.
This should be fairly simple to add. I'll feed this back to our development team.

@Michael Sharp thanks for your post.
This sounds like a more than reasonable requirement
I will feed this back to our product and development teams.

@Michael Sharp thanks for your post.
Supplier contracts have been designed to work with a single supplier. That's not to say this is something that we couldn't look to add in the future if the demand form our customers is there.
I will feed this back to our product team.

@Ruben thanks for your post.
You need to set up the new categories underneath the closure profile in the Admin area.

@Adrian Simpkins can I ask what you mean by moved? Is this for a specific action on a request?
No, there is no user control over the location of the time recording button.Alex

@samwoo thanks for your post.
This is something that we could technically provide an application setting for on a user by user basis depending on their preferences. I will speak with our product team about this.

@QEHNick thanks for your post.
I will pass this onto our development and product teams.

@QEHNick thanks for your post.
The project progress dial is directly linked to the progress field in the main project details. We have plans to add automated operations for project business processes to automatically update this field etc, as well as other ways to automatically adjust the project progress but for now it's just a case of manually updating this field.

@Sam P I'm pleased to say this has been added and will be available in the next project manager update

Enhancement Suggestion - Schedule the raising of Requests at some specified future date
in Service Manager
Posted
@Frank Reay thanks for your suggestion.
At the moment we just have a table list of scheduled request templates but I'm guessing you're looking for an over arching calendar view of all scheduled requests?
As I said in my post, there are additions and enhancements that we have planned for scheduled requests and email routing rule templates over the coming weeks so there is no reason why we can't look at the addition of some sort of calendar view.
