@EWA
That's a little strange as clicking the Tick should set it to default for now and future emails (I tried it on 3 instances and 3 browsers and all worked as expected). Can you Press F12 switch to the network view and then replicate by Clicking the Tick against No Template. In the Right hand side you will see the session/Mehtod=setApplicationOption (See below image). If you can post a screenshot of that it may highlight why its not saving

@EWA
From the screenshot it appears that No Template is the default. You have the tick next to it.
As for highlighting it you just hover the mouse over the template and then you will see the Tick .. If you click that Tick it becomes your default. See the Attached Gif in which it shows changing default from No Template to Cloud and then from cloud to No Template

@EWA
If you hightlight the mail template and then click the Tick it should make it default

Yes , In the old UI it was possible to edit, however in the new UI It was a design decision to make it static , however based on feedback we are looking at changing this.

Thanks for the post. Can you confirm the post URL in the image is what you tried.. If so that is wrong. Its supposed to be your instance endpoint / your instance ID

@RRC
Thanks for the Post. hornbill uses OpenAI for its AI assist and is not perfect and it may suggest incorrect content and therefore should be used on when it will be reviewed by a Human before sending. The model is always learning (Although not from Hornbill content but from other world data) and will get better overtime. An administrator can also disable this functionality if required
Further details on the AI Assist are below
https://docs.hornbill.com/esp-fundamentals/productivity/ai-assist
It should also be noted that the above AI Assist is AI in its crudest form, however we are now hosting the beta of HAI which is much more tailored to typical Hornbill customer use cases and Service desks. This is currently in beta and you can request to be added to the beta list via your customer success manager.
Further details on HAI can be found at https://docs.hornbill.com/servicemanager-config/administration/hai

Thanks for the post. You need to highlight the existing line and then delete it. Then drag from the start to somewhere and it will give you the option to add new form etc

@Paul Welby
From the logs it appears the Username or password associated with the account is wrong. These should be checked and re-entered in Hornbill
PopCmdSent: <base64 string in XOAUTH2 format>
PopCmdResp: -ERR Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password.
POP3 response indicates failure.
AUTH_XOAUTH2_response: -ERR Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password

@davidrb84
The URL should be your instance endpoint which is mdh-p01-api.hornbill.com for your instance

@Art at BU
The issue would have effected any IBridge Nodes fired during the time of corruption (From around 5am to 10am) but as you have found restarting the BPM will resolve the issue. We have now also implemented a check that will mean we see any similar issues long before customers do in future.

Thanks for the post. Yes that is the latest (It auto updates) , for clarify it could probably say "This version is " instead of "Current version" and our development team will look to change this in future.

@Sam P
Thanks for the post. This is now resolved. This was due to a Ibridge file that seems to have been corrupted on download\application to your instance this morning and resolved by replacing the file with a valid copy. We will look to add additional sanity checks to ensure that this doesnt happen again.

@HH
Thanks for the post. The short Answer is "No" , there is no relationship between custom domains for the portal and sending of email.
