Our on-hold tickets used to be greyed out however today they are showing the same as open and new ticket's. Is this due to the new view or some other reason? Is there any setting that I can change so they show as greyed out?

Does anyone know if chats can be transferred to other teams within a service if all teams have access to Chat? For example, could Customer Service transfer one of their Chats to someone in the payroll team?
