  1. Hi I have a human task with a mandatory checklist in my BPM.  The timeline entry in the request does not show the completed checklist tasks.  Is this possible?

Also the task seems to be set to visibility 'Customer' by default.  I cannot see any settings to change this.  Are there any?

The tasks being used here are for internal staff and not for customers to see.

    Thanks

    Good afternoon,

I hope I've put this in a suitable location, that caters for both the ICF and Workflow.

I would like to request the following enhancements when editing Custom Questions in the Custom Form Nodes in the ICF or in Human Tasks.

    • Allow us to pick up a question, and drag it to where we want to be in the list of questions

    • Alternatively, add functionality to the up and down arrows. If we CTRL + click on the Up arrow, it moves the question to the top of the list. Similarly, if doing this to the down arrow, it moves the question to the bottom of the list.

    • Add an order/sequence field to the left-side of the question so we can visually see the sequencing, and allow us to update the sequence number for a question, which will the reorder the questions accordingly (I've seen this behaviour in other Apps) - this could go hand in hand with the up and down arrows, or replace them entirely.

    • Add a Preview Form button so we can see what the form looks or Human Task looks like before we publish it

    @Richard.Ashton FYI

    Thanks,

    Samuel

Plus one for us too.  Moving a new field in a form is very time consuming and I often end up moving another field incorrectly which is annoying if the form is complex.

Alternatively could we have the ability to add/insert a field into anywhere in the form field list instead of it appearing at the bottom and then having to move it?  This would be much more efficient and cause a lot less errors.
    Thanks

  3. Hi

We have a user who is using Linux OS and is having the following issues when trying to look at mentions as below.

In both "preview new UI" and non-preview mode

    Steps to reproduce:
    Get a mention / notification
    Click notification bell
    Click the mention
Browser tries to load post, but repeatedly refreshes page and shows blank post (screen flickers repeatedly very quickly)
Or just immediately goes to a blank post

    Tested on
    Linux Firefox Flatpak 123.0.1 64bit
Windows Firefox 115.8.0esr 64bit ( I have pointed out that this is not the latest version however updates are centrally controlled in our workplace).
NixOS and using the NON-Flatpak version of firefox, which is the very latest version available 123.0 (64-bit)

    Is this possibly a bug?

Do you support these Linux OS's/browsers?

Any help or support is appreciated.

    Thanks

  4. @TrevorHarris Hi is there an update on this issue please?

We have several users who are experiencing this issue and getting errors like the above.  Here is an example:

    image.png.9beff195b7af8b1e15a4a5f8c554693f.png

It is happening in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I have asked them to clear the third party cookies from their browsers and awaiting updates as to whether this has helped.

Is this specific to Hornbill or is it a browser issue?

Is there anything else that we can try?

    Thanks.

We have the same issue as well where some widgets are showing data, and others are not.

When you logged a support ticket, did you refer back to this Thread by any chance? This way other people can comment that they have an issue and it will tie into the main Support Ticket.

@samwoo I raised a support incident on Thursday and have just asked for an update and referred to this post.

  6. Hi,

I have noticed that several of our measures and widgets have stopped working and are showing 'no data available'.

In particular a dashboard related to live chats answered daily, which was previously showing answered and unanswered chats but now only shows unanswered.

Others relate to breached requests and Service level performance - which also show 'No Data available'.

Colleagues advise me that they were OK on Monday.

I have also noticed that I cannot access some dashboards as Admin - I thought Admin would be able to access all dashboards?

Is there an issue with measures and widgets or dashboards?

    Thanks

  7. Hi @Miro a possible enhancement request for a between date and time picker

We have a support booking form and we would like users to add a start and end date and time for the support to be booked.

Currently we use separate start and end date/time fields, however this allows a user to add an end date and time which is before the start date and time.

The date picker has resolved this issue where only dates are required.

Is it possible to have a between date and time picker?

    Thanks

  8. Hi @Martyn Houghton

Thanks these are my calculations based on my understanding of the below post on the difference between calendar days and business days:
    Resolution - 6 months = 182.5 calendar days rather than business days/hours
182.5 days converted into business days/hours:
    Convert into hours (calendar hours) - 182.5 x 24hrs = 4,380 hrs
Divide calendar hours into business days - 4,380/9 business hours/day = 486.67 business days
    24x20 =480
    486.67-480 = 6.67 =
    480 days and 7 hours

Not sure if this applies to the Service Portfolio or not?
Also the max I can choose is still only 121 days.
    It is confusing!
