  1. I want to assign assets to contacts, but the contacts do not show in the list for 'used by' and 'owner by' how can i get contacts to appear?
  2. @Steven Boardmansorry, i mean, I have added a new custom button on the contact view: is there any way i can get this to appear in the customer details view when a ticket has been logged? if not, can a BPM look to see what the value of the 'financial approver' button and then depending on the answer i could use a decision node on the BPM?
  3. @Steven Boardman, thanks, i have set this up but the contact now seems to have access to multiple organisations. if i click on an organisation that he is not a contact in, and click on customer portal, he is listed and 'can view' . I am going to have loads of organisations and contacts within their organisation cant view tickets from other orgs,

  6. I am starting to add more and more contacts into my system, a number of my BPM asked the requester manager for approval, is there an option for a manager to be selected for a contact? Does a custom button need to be used?
  7. I have created a few organisations with multiple contacts, I cant remember, how i can set someone as the manager so that they can see all tickets logged by contacts within the organisations.. Thanks
  8. Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me and tell me what settings I need to config so that of we send an email to the requested, the BPM will automatically put the ticket on hold with a specific sub-status and when the requestor replies it add the tickets back to active?
  9. I have managed to fix this, by selecting a custon field (255 CHAR) instead of DATETIME and then set up the following node in the BPM: thanks for all your help
  10. @steve@Steve Giller -I have looked at your suggestion but the date is still showing incorrectly. Thanks @Jeremy for your advise, i have added the node in at the beginning on my BPM but it still does not change the date, it is still displayed as: Leaver End Date: 2020-12-09 00:00:00Z and i did map it correctly (so i thought).

  12. thanks @Steve Giller, managed to address everytihng now apart from the date. This is what i get: Leaver End Date: 2020-12-03 00:00:00Z and this is ideally what i want to see: Leaver End Date: 03-12-2020. My regional settings are a UK

  14. Hello, I am trying to map an email template to pull through some custom text. Below is an example of the email template: and this is what comes through: Cuatom31 and 32 is set up correctly in the PCF but nothings is pulled through Also, how can i get the date field to just display the date in the UK format?

I am getting the following BPM error when one of my team tries to action a task within our RFC module: this is the error in the BPM workflow: this is how I have the BPM node configured: and this is the BPM: basically, what I want is that whoever completes the manual tasks "change implemented successfully" task and selects "implementation failed" that the are then assigned the task in the "roll back decision" this is when i get this error
  18. Hello, We have created a number of organisations and within these organisations are a list of contacts. If i manually upload all of their assets into the system, is there a way i can filter these to show assets by Organisation or site?

  21. I am sure this is a simple answer but I cant find how to do this, when a ticket is put on hold, a number of the buttons are not available. Where do I need to do to be able to make these available?
