    @Steve Giller - yes thats correct, what format do I need to use if i want to replace the splash image? There doesn't seem to be an option to pick an image from the image libruary, do i need replace includes/images/hornbill-service-managment-software.png with a URL of an image?

    Hello, The company I work for will soon be offering our IT services to new parts of the group (similar to us becoming a MSP), is there any way that we can customize part of the employee portal so that each company has its own branding / images? Keen to understand how other MSP customers utilise the employee portal?

    I have created a new service domain within my instance Called for example ABCDE. Below are the settings which I have set: I want to associate this new domain with a specific set of staff so that they have access to this via the employee portal. I have created a new site called for example ABCDE (these users in this site will have access to this new domain) and I have copied the existing Self Service User and Basic User role and created the following roles ABCDE Self Service User and ABCDE Basic User Role. I plan to associate the two roles ABCDE Self Service User and ABCDE Basic User Role to the appropriate staff but the question I am not sure on is how do I grant the following roles: ABCDE Self Service User and ABCDE Basic User Role access to the new service domain?

    I am looking at your demo site and i was wondering what setting I need to enable to show the colours when a ticket has last been updated by an analyst? e.g.

    I want to safely remove a number of catalogue items that we have been using, however, there are a number of tickets still open which have been raised under these catalogue items. Would the best way to do remove/hide the catalog items without breaking the active tickets? Would i just change the status from published to retired?

    @Daniel Dekel thanks for the email, but this wouldn't help, as the two set of staff which need a separate page as all basic users in the system. e.g. Group 1 and Group 2. Only a handful of staff who have access to Hornbill to provide support to the business are classed as USERS.

    Thanks @Daniel Dekel, last question.. is there permission which i can set which can be filtered by something so that there is no chance they can see the other page? All the users are classed as 'basic' users but work in separate parts of the business.

    Can we look at the option to allow all the widgets that we can add have a subscribers option. I am looking a utilising one 'company home' portal but want to tailor which set of users (filtered by Subscribers) can see what widgets

    I know previously you had an option to allow a reverse DNS look up, but I was wondering if you support custom domains which will allow us to publish a branded URL for the customer portal instead of using: https://live.hornbill.com/XXXXXXinternal/home/ and then we can re-direct the traffic this IP address.
