  1. Hello, I am trying to run a report for the particular catalog within our Service, however I have noticed after running the report a few times for various other catalogs, the report looks like they are capped at 5000... is there anyway I can run a report from 05/06/2018 (our go live date) until present or will the report be limited to 5000 each time? which in that case I would then require to run each month and add the results together?
  2. Hi @Steve Giller thank you very much!! this has explained why nothing was showing!
  3. Hi, We have created a board to see which requests will breach within the 72 hours (3 days) before the Service Level Agreement. Our SLA’s vary from 15 days for low priority and 5 days for medium priority jobs. As of yet, no requests are showing on the board. However to test the board, I changed the parameters and added one of our higher SLA’s. Higher SLA’s have to be resolved within 18 hours and I changed the board to show jobs that were due to breach high SLA within the next 17 hours 55 minutes. This worked and jobs were showing on the board when about to breach. When changing the board back to 72 hours, again nothing shows. All this can mean is that no jobs are about to breach SLA within the next 72 hours. However we run monthly reports and multiple jobs do breach their SLA, so I am slightly confused. Could someone advise if I am missing something please?
  4. Hi Victor, I have figured this out now thanks!! :)
  5. +1, this would be really useful for us too! We also have the same situation with the 'snippets' is there a way we could do this at all?
  6. Hello, Is it possible to schedule a report to run from a specific date each month? we currently have a report that runs at the start of every month, with a date range of last month or quarterly, however we have been asked to see if we could potentially have a report scheduled monthly to run from a specific date (our go-live date 5th July 2018). I know you can use the date prompt however, could we still schedule this report to run or do we have to do this manually each month, as we have the reports in a document library for other users to access.
  7. Hi @James Ainsworth The issue that we are having is that when a customer emails in with an attachment in relation to the job, the email goes onto the job but not the attachment itself. This creates an additional task for the analyst to go back into the inbox to find the relevant email and manually apply the attachment/ email again to get it onto the request. Due to the volume of emails and jobs that the analysts complete daily it would benefit the analyst not having to do this. :) Hope that makes sense!
  8. Hi @James Ainsworth has this been scheduled in as of yet? This is causing some issues within our team and just wondered if there was an update at all please? cc: @Alisha
  9. @Victor This is the link it takes me to when I am clicking on the Hornbill community tab - https://www.hornbill.com/l/forums
  10. Good morning, I know we have just had the issue with the webform and raising support requests, however I didn't know if the hyperlinks on the analyst portal were affected as well? @Victor I am trying to get into the Wiki and it comes up with 'page not found'. This is also the same for when I am trying to get into the community one as well, thankfully I saved it as a bookmark so I could get in!
  11. Hello @Steven Boardman is there any update in regards to this at all please? :)
  12. @lokent FYI. @James Ainsworth Hi James, would the deletion of assets be developed at all? so instead of deleting them off the system, could we not archive them instead?
  13. @Steven Boardman May be a silly question but, once the transferred on column has been updated on the 'Request List' would we be able to report on this?
  14. @Ehsan this is really useful thank you!! Thank you @Martyn Houghton for the SQL thats great! But I do agree with the filter suggestion as this would be really useful!!!
  15. Thanks @Martyn Houghton thats really helpful! @lokent FYI
  16. Hello This may be a silly question but...is there a way to view who is online and what status they are? We have a few staff members online but the Supervisor wishes to see who is active, in-active, do not disturb, etc. Is there a way to view this? @lokent
  17. Victor, We checked this - the schedule was initially set for the 1st of each month to run at midnight however these had all changed to 11pm on the 31st. This, I think, may have caused it to fail as some months do not have a 31st and therefore there was no data to run off. Will this continually be an issue each time the clock change? cc: @lokent
