    Hello, I have created quite a few reports to run monthly and for the past two months, they have not done so. So I have been going in manually updating each document that they have been linked too. Would someone be able to advise me if I need to add anything in? I am struggling to find the issue!! ( I have changed the next event date to next month, but want to see if I have missed anything beforehand)

    Hello, Would it be possible to input contacts within Service Manager without having to assign them to an organisation? We deal with external contractors and we would email them from the job request on a daily bases. However, without having an organisation created for them we would not be able to use this function. We currently have two organisations but have the assignment turned off for them. @lokent

    Hello, we have set our Business process to auto assign our users on the round robin. However, when the user logs out they are still showing as inactive and not 'offline'. Is there something we are doing wrong as they should be showing offline in order for them to not receive job requests. I have attached our automated task for the round robin which I believe is correct.

    Hello, Would someone be able to help advise as to why some of the titles have been removed from the super user role please? I understand that to get the service portfolio back you require the Services Manager role, however which role do you require in order for 'My Documents' title to appear?
