  1. I know this has been mentioned numerous times but I can't find the response to this, I have a date that I get via the Cloud Automation node e.g. But all I require is the day, month, year.... I have this node to convert but it comes back blank so the input format must be wrong?

Hello, I am trying to run a report for the particular catalog within our Service, however I have noticed after running the report a few times for various other catalogs, the report looks like they are capped at 5000... is there anyway I can run a report from 05/06/2018 (our go live date) until present or will the report be limited to 5000 each time? which in that case I would then require to run each month and add the results together?
  3. I have been using the Integration call to format the dates selected in the PCF and the below happens....they are not honouring the 'summer time' time or the 24 hour clock. Below is the Questions and then the responses in the descriptions... Here is the integration call settings....
  4. Hi, We would like to be able to perform a mass change to the 'date/time' & 'date' formats in our users profiles without having to go into the profile settings for each user and select the required setting/style. Can anyone suggest a way forward please? Thanks
  5. Is it currently possible to change the display format of dates when they are inserted into a email template? The reason being is that they default to YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, which is not the most human readable format. I would prefer to be able to format them as HH:MM DD/MM/YYYY. If not possible to do on a template by template format, it would be good to have a system wide setting where you can specify the default format form email templates as a whole. Cheers Martyn
