  1. @Victor hello Victor please ignore the above, issue has been resolved. It was the wrong catalouge that was updated, so changes being made werent being seen on the right request.
  2. @Dan Munns thank you this has been helpful to read. @wfmike please let me know when ready
  3. Hello @Victor thats what i thought but the nodes before it are request info nodes which essentially require no action this is the set up. The stage checkpoint is the last thing to seemingly activate and what should happen next is the activity. so thats why the issue was pinpointed to be the nodes, one for get procap information and one for get owner information. any advice on what could be wrong?
  4. Apologies this might have been my fault in explaining the initial issue to @Stuart Torres-Catmur. @Victor from my understanding of the explanation given above, is that each get request info node can have its own unique reference, and at any point it is placed in the bpm and referenced it is drawing from whichever request info is present at that point of that reference? allowing for multiple streams of separate information to be pulled at different times? Currently, in the BPM Data Protection Data Breach v3.0 (Draft) The human tasks that appear after the get request info node, when selecting owner for tasks with the unique output reference from the get request information, it still is not loading the human task when the request is made for the analyst. when populating it automatically came with a reference, but when i look at preexisting get request info nodes in other BPMs previously built, the reference is blank. I have tested it with a blank reference also, but still to no avail. the latest is IN00133148 from our service.
  5. @Steven Boardman Hello Steven, Is there a build or function that needs to be made live for the co-worker variable? as we are not presented with that option
  6. @Steven Boardman Hello Steven, Thank you very much, the latter option i think is the best as they would be internal users, i hadn't thought of that possibility in the email node for co workers. Will test this out now.
  7. Just to confirm this is in order to eliminate having to do the below.
  8. Hello All, I stumbled across this topic and have a question regarding data query search for contacts. We have this in some processes and even with the custom fields, or direct link to the questions, are unable to use the data query field answer to generate as an external email address in the email nodes. Is there a way to do this? In the Procap In the BPM Thanks, Foley
  9. Thank you @Victor, this is helpful to know and will use this method for future builds
  10. Hello @James Ainsworth, this is perfect it worked. tested before 9 am, and it went down the rejection route, and tested just now, and it continued on as normal.
  11. Thank you @James Ainsworth, i didn't see the response until now, but will give it a go today and update on my progress.
  12. Hi, I'm currently trying to create a path way that automatically notifies a different email and path should a request be logged outside of 09:00- 7:00. The time logged variable is available form the global flow codes, however it does not appear to work using a greater than & less than equation. I assumed maybe its due to the format in which the system records time, however i cannot see this anywhere, as there is no time logged variable in the email templates, only date logged - which also provides time. The logic of using 'or' defeats the point, but when using 'and', which was the original intention, this proved to fail despite being logged between those times and would reject to the no match field. I attempted to make the opposite in the no match but this also failed. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thank you, Foley
  13. Hey @Steven Boardman, Thank you. i've just seen this now, and will configure into the work flows!! excited
  14. Hey @Steven Boardman, Thanks for the update look forward to the results
  15. Hey Steven, I was wondering if there has been any updates on this?
  16. Hey @Steven Boardman, on the work flow, the get request details node, was just before a decision branch before that human task to cover the two tasks stemming from the decision. I've moved it to directly in front of the Human task now, however the same issue still occurs.
  17. Hello, Currently having an issue with the lifespan setting discontinuing the custom field 21 variable in the expiry field. This seems to accept the setting when saving, but every time it is saved and you re enter the BPM the setting appears blank. I am using the global input for custom field 21 rather than the specific form field, as there are different form routes from the pro cap that use this field and converge on this point of the human task. I believe the fact it is not retaining the information is why the process in practice is not working, as the human task does not expire based on the date/time of the custom field. Has anybody got any advise? Many thanks.
  18. Thank you @Ehsan, all working now.
  19. Hello @Ehsan, I am experiencing the same issue of an infinite loading state when tryign to use the dashboards. I followed along the thread and have this showing within my network state. is there something i can do to resolve this. Foley
  20. Thank you Victor, This is helpful. I will share with our team here.
  21. Apologies i could not find if this is the right thread to place the post under. I wanted to find out if there was a way to, or plans to, expand the error message that comes up in Hornbill live, when running a process from the analyst's side, should there be an error with the BPM. at present it comes up with coding and possibly the start of the error, but does not give any specifics or even an expanded view, as it appears the message gets cut off.
  22. @Steven Boardman thank you, the instructions from above worked for us in our BPM and the emails are now displayijgn the correct time. Thank you @Stuart Torres-Catmur for raising
