Sam P Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 I have 8 Requests that have all failed at exactly the same stage in the process today with no changes made to the IC, BPM or SLA's, they have been merrily working away for the last 2 months perfectly fine. Any clues why? The timeline has updated which makes it even more confusing: When I refresh the process from the Request it DOES progress, but it didnt need this intervention before today. 2
Nanette Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 @Sam P we are aware of the above issue & are currently investigating. Please bear with us. 2
Chris Bardell Posted August 25, 2023 Posted August 25, 2023 We are also experiencing this issue. Any updates please? 1
Steve Giller Posted August 25, 2023 Posted August 25, 2023 We are still investigating this issue, currently the workaround is to restart the Workflow. We'll update here as soon as we have more information to share. 1
MacLean Ferguson Posted August 28, 2023 Posted August 28, 2023 Is this update the fix for this issue?
lomixture Posted August 29, 2023 Posted August 29, 2023 Morning Our teams have been experiencing the below error message on a particular business process since the last update. It is one whereby it is failing before the 'Analyst Assigned' stage, which IS not set in the BP to auto assign. I am then having to go in a restart the business process which is allowing it to flow correctly (screenshot taken after restart). Has anyone else experienced this and got a quick fix? It is only happening on one particular catalog item with one flow attached. cc: @Alisha
Steve Giller Posted August 29, 2023 Posted August 29, 2023 @lomixture This is already the subject of a Support Request - we have deployed enhanced logging and are investigating this today. 1
lomixture Posted August 29, 2023 Posted August 29, 2023 Thanks Steve, will an update on the progress be given to those who've been affected?
Mark Priest Posted August 30, 2023 Posted August 30, 2023 We have recently started getting random XMLMC errors in our Business processes. It seems to be randomly occurring but is always at the the Hornbill automation step Type: Update request Task : Service level . Nothing has changed on our business processes and until this friday were all working fine. If i go into the failed process and restart it it carries on fine then after a while another will fail on the same Hornbill automation step . Any ideas ?
Steve Giller Posted August 30, 2023 Posted August 30, 2023 I've merged a few threads dealing with the same issue. This is currently being investigated and we will update when we have more detailed information. 3 2
Will J Douglas Posted September 1, 2023 Posted September 1, 2023 Do we have any further updates on this issue? I have pages and pages of failed processes which is going to take some time to go through manually. 1
Berto2002 Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 This is now also affecting us; first time I've seen this is today, 5th September. We had 3 Requests today with this issue. Worryingly, that's 100% of the Requests that have the "Update Service Level" node... Restart on the last step does progress. @Fizza
Sam P Posted September 6, 2023 Author Posted September 6, 2023 Any update to this please @Nanette @Steve Giller Many thanks
Nanette Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 @Sam P@Berto2002@Will J Douglas@Mark Priest@lomixture We can confirm a fix has been pushed out to your instances to resolve this issue. 3
