  1. Thanks @James Ainsworth! I was wrongly looking in Entity the whole time.
  2. Hi, Apologies if this is thread hijacking but I think this is around the same topic as the OP. I've come across the same limitation while I've been looking at availability reporting. If this functionality is being expanded on can I please request the option of configurable outage types? For example "Full outage / Partial Outage / Degraded Performance" Also, I can't seem to find how to edit a service status "Available / Impacted / Unavailable" from BPM? If there is a P1 / P2 Major Incident type scenario it's annoying to manually have to update the portal to inform users that a service has been impacted.
  3. @AlexTumber Thanks again Alex. Is there a bug / issue tracker that I can review before posting?
  4. Hi all, See screenshot but the financial information is displaying weirdly. Also the currency field is freetext which I found a bit odd.
  5. @AlexTumber That's great news thanks. Is there a timeline or roadmap that I can follow for this integration feature?
  6. Hi all, I'm not sure if I just can't find this or whether it's a feature request. In the 'Customer Relationship Manager' addon you're able to see requests that have been raised for users belonging to an organisation which is handy. I was expecting to be able to associate an offered Service from the Portfolio with the corresponding Supplier of that service to achieve the same thing. Ideally using this addon I'd like to create a Supplier Scorecard based on metrics like: # of Major Incidents # of Service Improvements £ Actual Spend vs Budget
