  1. @David Hall Thanks for the prompt action. I'll keep an eye out for the update. Cheers Martyn
  2. @Victor, @Bob Dickinson I have changed the formID's on both the two custom forms so that they are different to the parent PC, but the issue is still happening. It does seem to be related to there being the same custom forms as it is skipping to the Who is Doing... node. The child PC was originally copied from the parent one, so is it possible there is some internal id's which have been duplicated which would trigger this behaviour? Cheers Martyn
  3. @Victor, @Bob Dickinson We are just selecting the service, as in this incidence this is for a new change so there facility for catalog item under this request type (yet ). There is indeed a common form ID for one of the custom forms. I will change this and retest. Cheers Martyn
  4. @James Ainsworth Still not having any joy with the switch node, whether the branch is service name or id. I know the branch is working as I have out custom form prompts in the flow when testing to confirm it was routing along the correct path. The Switch node action just seems to cause the process to jump along a few nodes on the existing process. The Switch node calls the PC below. I have also tried the PC below including the Customer Search, Service Details and Request Details forms as well. Cheers Martyn
  5. @James Ainsworth After working on sub-statuses quite a bit over the last couple of days, I coming to the conclusion that actually it would be better to have the ability to attached Sub-Statuses to services the same way you do with new Service Levels. Cheers Martyn
  6. Also might need to look at prefixing the Service specific sub statuses with the Service Name and Request type, as if you have multiple common sub statuses at the request level ( which we do for testing and different service desks) the drop down get rather confusing. Cheers Martyn
  7. When selecting the Sub Status to be switched automatically when a request comes off hold or is updated by the customer, the drop down in the service setup is listed both published and draft sub statasus, when it should only list the published ones. It would also be good to indicate the type of the sub status in the drop down, i.e. suffix or icon, to indicate if it is a Global one or service specific. In the screenshot they are duplicated as I am testing my setup on a specific server and have the Global sub statuses as draft. Cheers Martyn
  8. We are trying to get around the current restrictions of only being able to specify a single progressive capture when raising a new change by using a branch node after the service details node and then the Switch Node explicitly set to a different progressive capture based on the service id selected. We have tested this with putting a custom form in the branch and it works, but the process does not seem to take any notice of the Switch Node at all. Is this a known issue or has anyone else got this working in this way? Cheers Martyn
  9. @James Ainsworth As we expand the use of Service Manager over multiple desks and divisions, it would be good to be able to have the concept of 'owners' for list and be able to set permission to the individual list level. Cheers Martyn
  10. @James Ainsworth Is there any update on when the catalog items under Change Requests will be implemented. With us having more Service Desk and processes coming on board there is a growing need to be have the ability to use different progressive captures. Cheers Martyn
  11. @James Ainsworth Thanks, that would be a great help. Cheers Martyn
  12. @James Ainsworth What I was trying to achieve was the ability of the user to delete entries in the list, but not have the permission to 'Delete Lists', i.e. the lists entity itself. Cheers Martyn
  13. @Bob Dickinson and @Kelvin Thanks for your prompt replies. I think I off an running now. Cheers Martyn
  14. @Bob Dickinson Thanks for enlightening me. That will save a lot of time. Cheers Martyn
  15. I am in the process of setting up a number of measures which do no have a Date Ranging criteria as I am attempt to capture the current 'state' of requests in an analyst's queue, i.e. number of open requests, new requests, on-hold etc. At the moment in order to start these running you have to set them to re-sample, but as there is no date ranging condition you will get x number of samples of the same value. When there is no date ranging criteria, can the system detect this and just sample the one current value? Cheers Martyn
  16. I am looking to implement a number of measures for each of my staff as part of performance monitoring. The measures are basically identical except the value in the selection criteria to control which analyst they relate too. It would be really helpful to be able to 'copy' a measure, rather than having to create each of them a fresh each time. Cheers Martyn
  17. @James Ainsworth I have added the database table permissions as required on h_sys_lists (all permissions), so the users can now add and edit them, but gets an error below when attempting to delete entries. Any idea on what permission/setting I am missing? Cheers Martyn
  18. @James Ainsworth Is there an precedence applied where you have both Global and Service based Sub Statuses? The reason for asking is that as we are implementing a number of different Service Desks with the same platform, where we will have a large majority of our services (100+) where we will wan to set common Global Sub-Statuses, but also have a number of other Services where we would want different Sub-Statuses. At the moment I believe you will get Global Sub-Statuses plus any local Service based ones as well. It would be good to have the option to turn off either as a whole or individually the inheritance of the Global Sub-Statuses at the Service Level. Also as Sub-Statuses will not doubt be closely aligned with 'Service Levels' it would be good to be able to potentially link Sub-Statuses at this level, so you do not have to apply it at 'Service' level. Cheers Martyn
  19. @DanielRi Thanks for the prompt clarification. Hopefully the Timeline Global Search performance issues can be addressed soon. Cheers Martyn
  20. @trevorharris Is there anyway I can delete it at the moment? Cheers Martyn
  21. There seems to be a difference between the release information published on the Forum post below and the content listed in the App Store. Specifically in the Whats New section. Has the Global Search CH00128259 been released as part of this build? Cheers Martyn
  22. @trevorharris I suspect you are correct. I am not able to get into the cog on the collection due to the length of the name and the positioning of the cog icon. Cheers Martyn
  23. I am just looking at starting to use Document Manager and I am sure I am missing a step when I am uploading documents. I have created a collection and I have uploaded documents. At the moment the documents appear under documents I own but when I open each one to try add it to the collection I have created but the collection does not appear in the drop down. Do I need to set something on the collection to appear in the drop down? Cheers Martyn
