Afternoon All There is no easy way to filter the my activities list if you want to see all activities related to a specific Related Entity type.It would be really helpful to have the same advanced filter options that are available on the normal my requests list, where you can add conditions. Morning All When we search for an asset to link to a Hornbill ticket, the search includes retired assets. This isn't efficient as this increases the amount of assets that we need to look through to find the chosen asset. Is there a way for the lookups to not show the retired assets, or if they are required, is there a way to include a retired assets button in order to choose whether to include them or not? Thank you. Afternoon Hope you are well. When creating a task we are given a drop down list option for the RAG Status of Green, Amber and Red, however there is not the option to leave this blank. Is there a possibility to add a blank option please? Otherwise we are having to create the task, then go back into the task to remove the RAG status colour. Kind Regards Ann

Morning All Hope you are all well. When you go on to a supplier asset (and we would imagine any asset) and click on the linked requests it brings up all the requests in the order oldest first. Now when you have a supplier with lots of incidents/change requests linked (such as one supplier has 31 pages) it is time consuming to get to the recent pages every time. Each time you do click to the end and work back and find the request you want and open the incident for example, when you have finished and come out of it and want to look at another one, you have to do that same thing again. This can be quite frustrating when you have a few to look at. We quite often use the linked requests to ensure everything is captured on the reports and to check whether assets have been attached etc. It would be a lot easier if these were listed most recent first as I would imagine not many people will be looking at the oldest ones and it would certainly be easier for us if the recent ones were first. Is this something that could possibly be looked at and changed if worthwhile? There may be a way of changing the view but I cant seem to see how. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon @ArmandoDM We have cleared the browser cache, however this has not helped. It has allowed me to use the drop down if I am creating a new assets, but not when updating an asset. This turns into a free text box so you are unable to see the options, if you type it will not bring back all results. Kind Regards Ann

Apologies for tagging a developer, I was advised that just responding was not seen by anyone. When a post is put onto the forum we do not know if they have been seen or have been seen and dealt with as time prevails, is there a way of showing us they have been looked at and will be responded to in time please? I have a number of colleagues that have had the same issue as myself where posts are not responded to at all, what is the procedure for these please? We are trying to link an asset to another asset within Asset Management and then General. A field is displayed under Link Assets titled Asset, if you type for example Firewall all firewall assets are displayed. Thank you.
