Hi @James Ainsworth We do not wish to delete ‘archived’ assets as they may be historical information required at a later date. Below is an example of the State field as ‘Archived’ and also the Operational State as ‘retired’, if that might help with further investigation: Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon @James Ainsworth Hope you are well. It would be when people are raising a Change record, they have to enter the Start Date and then End Date. Is there a way to add some validation so if the start date is 20/05/22 for example, the end date can not be input for 18/05/22. If a date was entered on end date that was before the start date a message might display a prompt to the person raising the change. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon @Steve Giller Hope you are well. What we require is the ability to log all the planned patching windows, as a recurring task (activity/change, whatever is appropriate) so that when we wish to carry out a separate Change/upgrade, etc we can check it does not conflict with a predetermined patching task. Therefore we need to be able to log the regular patching tasks for each system, using the examples on the spreadsheet, for 6am to 8am on the first Tuesday of every quarter (13 weeks) and 6am to 8am on the fifth Tuesday of every quarter (13 weeks). Is there a way to add a form of validation when inputting the time spent for a day, in order to restrict no more than 24 hours to be added for a single day? Morning All Hope you are all well. Please would it be possible to help/advise? Is there a way that we can record a recurring patching schedule within service manager please? Either as a change, Calendar or another solution please. I have attached a screen shot of an example of a patching schedule. We would like to record these details as the patching is undertaken monthly, quarterly etc. We have tried to use the Activity in Service Manager Catalogue but it creates a scheduled job which is not what we are after. Obviously everyone would see this and could still see the post if they click on it. Is there a way to completely remove the post please? Kind Regards Ann

Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way to delete/remove a post that has been added to a project or even an update on the timeline requests within service manager? When you are on the main project page, on the right hand side of the screen, there is the option 'Post something new'. If someone has posted something in error, can this be removed? Afternoon All Hope you are all well. Please would it be possible to put forward a request for a Timeline to be added to show the history of an Asset when it is linked/unlinked? We need to know every aspect of the asset, when the asset is linked to another asset, a person, a location etc. We would also need to see any disassociation to the asset. Thank you. We currently have some reports to show how much time has been logged against the reports, however it does not include the time spent on any changes that are linked to the project. Morning All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible for some help or advice. Currently when someone looks at activities, they can only see their level and the 1 level below them. For example, if we had engineers, the next level up was team leaders and then the next level up a manager, the manager can only view the activities for themselves and the activities of the team leaders but NOT the activities of the engineers. The Team leaders are only able to view the activities for themselves and the engineers. Is there a way to allow the manager to view the activities for the team leaders AND the engineers please?
