Morning All Hope you are safe and well. I have an engineer who has created a project and created several tasks, however they are trying to create another task and it will not allow them to. They are the project manager of the task and when trying to create a task they get the error message "Failed to Add the task. Please contact your Hornbill Administrator". I have had them tick all the boxes in the permissions for tasks which when they press the Add Task button they get the Hornbill circle stating Adding Task but then nothing happens even after 5 minutes. I tried to add a task to their project and was able to but when trying to delete it I get an error that the progress is not completed, but when I move the progress to 100% and try to delete nothing happens and I get the red stop symbol on all fields. Please would it be possible to help/advise as to why this is occurring? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise. We are trying to create a couple of SLA contracts to test going forward. However after filling in all the relevant information the ‘create’ button does not seem to be working for this. It lets us click it but then does nothing. It also seemed to not like it when we use a point in the agreed compliance % target ie 99.8%. If I use a whole number like 99% then it accepts it and I am able to save it. I have attached the error message I get. We need to be able to include a point as majority of supplier targets will no doubt be 99. Something. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

For the project Tasks, what I meant was is although assigned to an individual personal activities can be shared to a group, is it possible to do this with Project Tasks please? Please see the below screen shot for an example.

For example if the Project Manager is able to request an update on the task which then feeds through to the engineer notifying them an update is required? Or would this need to be communicated outside of Hornbill Project Manager please? While they can post updates on the project that is reliant on the engineer going into the project. Thank you. Morning All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise if there is or will be a way of exporting the time recording entries of a project to Excel? Under project settings the project manager is able to see ALL time recording entries against that project but we can not see a way of exporting these. In Service Manager there is a button titled Export List, is this something that could be added to the project settings to export all time recording entries to Excel please? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
