We have found that the RAG Status can be changed manually but does this work automatically at all please? Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to advise on the below queries we currently have with the supplier module? How a supplier event is triggered is not ideal, as you have to put the call on hold (therefore our SLA stops). We use sub-status for a number of reasons (customer chase, escalation etc). You cannot pause the event, so if the supplier needs feedback but hasn’t completed the event you have to stop it and start a new one which will give incorrect compliance data. Can we also be able to add multiple supplier events to a request? The first two points are quite critical to us fully using the event option within Supplier management. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to advise if it is possible to link someone's time spent entry to two/multiple projects? We currently have someone that has a project to record all work and time spent on the development of an application, however this development could be due to work required on another project. If the analyst was to record against each project separately their individual timesheet would show double the time. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

The user is the project manager of the project. When they back into the project the red switch has turned green again. Thank you.
