Afternoon All Hope you are well. When updating an asset, the notes section is not showing that an asset has been updated. We have been advised that the Notes field does not have an audit trail and is not user configurable. Is it possible for a field to be included that can record the audit history of the notes added please? Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. We have our Hornbill Project Manager linked/integrated with Project Online. I am trying to create a report that shows the Hornbill Project Manager Task ID and the Project Online ID/reference. I am using the table 'Project Tasks' and there is the column titled 'External Reference (h_project_project_tasks.h_external_reference), however when I run the report this field is empty and data is not populating in it. Do I need to link this to another table please that may contact the external data please? And if so which table please? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

When you @ someone it creates a notification to say they have been @’d … this works in service manager and project manager I believe. Is it possible for the individual to be emailed if they are @’d ? I have looked at the Audit of a project and there are three tasks that have been removed, however when clicking on the Details a screen is displayed with only the field headings but they do not contain any data. Is there any way of retrieving this data to see which tasks have been removed please? I have attached a screen shot of what we are seeing. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

I was wondering if there is a way to report on expired tasks please, for example a report that brings back all tasks that have a due date in the past. If I was to run the report today (10/02/2022) the results would be only tasks that have a due date of before 10/02/2022. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way of linking a time sheet entry to a change or incident or project without going into the change/Incident or project? Currently if an entry already exists in order to link it to a request the request has to be opened in order for the link to display along the top, however this can be very time consuming if there are a number of entries. The ‘Owned By’ details are populated when the Supplier record is first created, using the details of the person completing the record, however this would not necessarily be the person who is responsible for the management of that supplier. Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well and had a lovely Christmas. Please would it be possible for some help with a report to show literally the Project manager of each project we have? I have attempted this numerous times but my knowledge is limited with linking tables. I am looking to complete a basic report that would supply a list of all project ids, project names and project manager. I have tried using the table "Projects" which gives me the Project ID, Project Name but not the Project Manager. I have tried linking the table "Project Members" but can't seem to get that to bring back the project manager field. Please would it be possible for any guidance or help with this as it is becoming quite an issue for us now? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
