Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. We currently have an issue whereby on a dashboard two employees are showing as having 17,000+ hours and 10,000+ hours recorded, for a single week. However we have looked at their time sheets and there are no entries that are out of the ordinary, we have also run a report to show all of the time entries that have been logged against but these are also not showing any high numbers of hours. Morning All Hope you are all safe and well. When linking an asset a list of 10 assets are displayed showing the Name, Class and Tag of each, however is it possible to also show the Type please? Also when linking only the first 10 assets come up, but we wish to link the Service Catalogue assets and they do not show up in the first 10. Can we add a filter to the Link Assets please? Thank you. Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible for some help/advice? We are currently associating an asset from the service catalogue to a supplier and under the 'Financial Information' section there is a field labelled 'Supplier ID' however this is blank. However on the list of all asset's there is a column for Supplier ID which is populated but when you go into the asset the supplier ID is empty. If we try to manually enter anything into the supplier ID the information will not save and there are no drop down lists to select an ID from. Thank you Kind Regards Ann

@VictorWe have a report that is perfect for tasking, we just need to add the project manager for each project onto the report.

Afternoon @Victor and @Steve Giller Thank you for the above help. We currently have a report that brings back a list of tasks but we need to include the project manager of that project. Even if it is just a report that pulls back the Project manager for each project I can then use a VLOOKUP in excel but currently just can not find a way to extract the project name AND the project manager name. Morning All Hope you are all well. Please would it be possible to advise on the current issue we are having? Yesterday the 'Enable Suppliers' toggle was turned on. If the 'Enable Suppliers' is set on we then get errors on our requests when setting to 'With Third Party' which may cause issues down the line with the request. Please see the below error. Thank you. Please would it be possible for some advice regarding Project Relationships? 1) I have two people who are NOT added to a project as a resource, however one of them can add service requests to the relationships tab and the other can not. Why would this be please? 2) Is there a way that we would be able to give all of our staff access to add service requests to the relationships but not be added to a project? 3) Is there a way of linking the time spent on a service request to a project or would this need to be keyed twice please?
