  1. Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. Are there currently any issues with Project Manager please? A couple of other people and I have tried to create a new project throughout today but are only getting the Hornbill circle going round and the View and Close button are greyed out. We have closed the application and reopened but are all getting the same issue. Kind Regards Ann
  2. Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise? We used to be able to add time to our time sheets and then go into an incident or request and press the + sign on our time sheet entry and it would link it to the incident/request that was open, however now when we press the + symbol this is no longer working. It allowed us to link our time sheet to the appropriate incident/service request retrospectively. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
  3. Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise. We are currently creating scheduled activities that are then assigned to a team, however only the person that created the activity is able to edit it, is there a way where by anyone within the team would be able to edit the activity please? Also, when clicking on the activity it does not show who created the activity making it hard to contact someone to have it edited, please would it be possible to advise? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

  5. Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise with the below? Thank you. Currently, the Change Calendar can be filtered by the following: Request Type (Change, Release, All) Service (IT Services etc) Authorisation Status (Unauthorised, Authorised, Rejected, All) If possible, we would like to be able to filter the Calendar by Request Status (i.e. display only Open or On-Hold requests, only Resolved or only Closed requests) and having some kind of colour-coding would be even better if that’s possible. Due to the large number of Changes and Releases we have, this would help to make the Change Calendar much more useful on a day to day basis. Kind Regards Ann

Also please would it be possible to confirm that the time recording will be added to taskings within Project Manager, as well as the time recording adding to Time Sheets? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
  11. Afternoon Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise? We currently have an issue within Service Manager using a Change for an example, the Status of the change will be marked as Open and the sub status will show Awaiting Authorisation but if we mark the Status to On Hold the Sub Status is then blanked out. However even once the change comes off of hold the sub status is still showing as blank. This is then causing a lot of jobs to be missed. Kind Regards Ann

    Due date

  15. Afternoon All Please would it be possible to advise whether it is possble for a time sheet to link to an asset in the same way it does a request/project/supplier? If you have an asset open and then click the right hand time sheet button it does not link that time to the asset. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

    Due date

    Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well on this chilly Friday afternoon. Another question, I have been asked by a project manager why when they add a new task the date is reverting to a date way in the past. I tried adding a task to a project and the due date did not change, however when you change the "Counts Towards Milestone" on the task the due date reverts to the due date of the milestone rather than today's date.   18. @AlexTumberI have looked at the permissions for the Project Manager roles and it appears there are no limitations, but I am also unable to see an option for 'Time Recording' within the permissions tab, please see attached screen shot. If there are two project managers will they both be able to see the time recording or would only one be able to see this please? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

We had a project manager that set up a project but the project has since been assigned to another project manager. However the new project manager does not have the option to look at the time spent section to see how much time has been spent on the project, by who and in what categories.   24. Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise with an issue with time spent. We are currently able to link Changes, Services and Service Requests to a project via the Relationship tab. The changes and service requests that we link via relationships are showing as being linked to the project within Project Manager, however the change and service requests are not showing that they are linked to the project, it appears the linking is only working one way. The last issue we are having is also that the time spent on a change or service request is not linking to the overall time spent on the project, is this also the correct process please? For example, if a change was created as part of a project and the change is completed and took 4 hours, that 4 hours is then not showing on the project. Are incidents also able to be added to a project or is it just problems, service requests and changes please? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
