Afternoon All On the main Hornbill Project Manager screen where all projects are listed there is a drop down list for all Project Managers, making it possible to only see projects assigned to that project manager, however the list is not in any kind of order. Is there a way please for these to be listed in alphabetical order please? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to help/advise, I have created a program containing a selection of projects and under the Programme member tab I have added my colleague in order that they would also be able to view the program, however the system has contained another entry on my program list exactly the same and if I remove my colleague the duplication on the program list disappears. Morning All Hope you are safe and well. Please would it be possible to advise why we have been getting an error message when trying to add a checklist to a task? My colleague created a task, they are a member on the project and was able to save without any issues, however when they went in to create a checklist within the task they got the error message "Failed to update the project task. Please contact your Hornbill Administrator". I tried to add the checklist to the task and was able to without any errors, I am an administrator. Please would it be possible to advise? Thank you. Hi Alex Thank you. I think we would find all of the columns useful to be able to sort/filter, including any non standard columns we may add, for example Priority or sub priority. I know that the columns in the task screen are able to sort which is helpful. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

We have completed some further testing on several projects regarding the Time recording on project settings and if we are project manager on a project but did not create the project we are not getting the Time recording icon. However if we are the project manager and did create the project we are displaying the time recording icon. Please would it be possible to advise or I am happy to show you how our results? Thank you. For example on the main screen that shows all of the projects and has the headings of Project Manager, Type, last modified by, last modified date, next milestone and Status, in order that we may sort/filter on a column? Afternoon All Hope you are safe and well. We have been looking at "Time Spent" within the projects we currently have set up within Hornbill Project Manager. We have found that from the timesheet button on the right hand side the time spent is linking to the project and to the individual's time sheet, however any time spent on a task is not adding to the total time of a project or an individual's time sheet. We have also found that when looking at the time recording on the Project Settings icon on the side of the project, we are only able to see this if we created the project AND are set as a project manager. If we did not create the project but are the project manager we are unable to see the time recording function. Please would it be possible to advise on the above queries as this is urgent? We have received a number of queries from our project managers on this matter. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Hi Alex Thank you for the above guidance. We have added the project template form to our progressive capture flow and activated the project template. When I try to create a project I am given the option to select the different templates. I created a template to contain 9 milestones in order that these would already be added for the project managers, however when I select the template and create a new project the milestones are not creating. We have looked at all of the details and they appear to be correct, please would it be possible for some help? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible for some help/assistance with an urgent report or query I currently have. I am needing a report which will show the time spent on a project as a whole and also per individual that worked on the project. I have looked at creating a report however the time spent is displaying a 5 digit number and I am unsure that it is also incorporating the time spent on the Changes/Problems/Service Requests and Incidents related to the project. Please would it be possible for some help in creating the report and with the process of how the work/time should be logged against the project, just to make sure that we are doing this correctly? Morning Hope you are safe and well. I am currently looking at the Milestones of a project and it appears that I am able to close a milestone with the tasks not completed. Please would it be possible to advise if it is possible that when a milestone is closed off, the tasks are automatically closed as well with the same closure details as the milestone? Thank you.
