  1. Morning Hope you are all well. When we are trying to load the asset explorer configuration page with all the links it is not loading. It has always worked in the past. On trying to load we are getting the spinning Loading screen on the right hand side under details. Please see attached screen shot. Please would it be possible to advise? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

  4. Afternoon Hope you are all safe and well. We have found that when all the tasks that count towards a milestone are completed the milestone is then showing as completed which I would expect, but then you are unable to add any further tasks to that milestone. Is it correct, as it means you are unable to go back and add any tasks to any of the milestones, even if you have not yet progressed onto the next milestone? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

  7. Afternoon Hope you are well. Please would it be possible to advise if the following issue is a known issue or a bug please and if there is a fix in place? When a task is raised in the project manager module, and the technical resource records time against the task, it doesn’t automatically add it to their time sheet. It’s frustrating for the technical teams that they have to double key their time. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

    Asset Import

    On closer inspection the Product ID has not imported. It just doesn't show on the results page, the product ID field looks blank, but when you open the asset it has data in there. Please would it be possible to advise?

  12. Morning I have an urgent query please. Asset import is not working in the Asset Management Tile. Select Upload Assets and then choose an asset class. I select General, but this appears to have been renamed to basic and therefore the import fails as it does not recognise my type ("47") as a valid type for the class (general). General appears to have been renames to basic but the upload asset page has been updated and I have an urgent import to run. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

    Queues and Filters

    Morning Hope you are well. I have been contacted by an engineer, please would it be possible to advise if the below can be done within the mobile app or if there are any future plans for the below? Thank you. It would be good if we could view our custom filters like we can on the Hornbill desktop website as it is beneficial for the team to see the Field Ops Main Queue so that we can see if there are any jobs for us and can move them over to our queue. It would also be helpful if two or more request types could be selected to filter the queue too 1 e.g. have both Incidents and Service Requests be selected to view. Kind Regards Ann

    Morning I have an engineer that is currently using the Mobile App for Service Manager, however they can view their own requests but are not able to view them in a customised way like on the website.   20. Hi. Hope you are well. I currently have a project manager that is trying to change the status of a project from Active to Completed, however they are getting the attached error message. Both the project manager and myself have looked at the project and ALL milestones are showing as 100% complete and ALL tasks are also showing as 100% complete. We can not see anything that is still outstanding within the project. We have made sure that we have checked all pages for the milestones and tasks. The Project manager has since been able to mark another project as Completed so appears to be an issue with the project but we really can not see where or what the issue is. Please would it be possible to advise if there is anything else we can try or if there are any known issues? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann Green

  22. Morning. Hope you are all well. I am currently finding that when I create a new project if I enter the start date/time and end date/time, the system is automatically adjusting the time by an hour. For example if I enter a start time of 08:00 and an end time of 16:00 the system is adjusting them to 07:00 and 15:00. Is this is known issue at all please? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann
  23. I am currently importing some assets onto the system, however when I put the code in for the state this is not pulling over the correct details. I have been informed that it should be in operations state and the code is 1 for active, as per below (Please see attached screen shot) However that are all importing as current. Secondly I would like to know if there is a way to bulk update these assets that have gone in incorrectly, as if I try to change something and then import again it create a whole new asset and therefor creating a duplicate.
  24. Morning All I am currently setting up a report and trying to add a date filter. There are lots of pre-fixed variables, for example End Of Week. Is there a way of entering dates for example 01/08/2020 until 17/09/2020? Thank you. Kind Regards Ann Green
