Morning Please would it be possible for a response on the below issue we are having? Originally we were advised "You can import asset relationships (e.g. server - software) into Hornbill using the script from the WIKI and this will be displayed in the explorer https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Database_Asset_Relationship_Import. The script currently picks up Hornbill asset manager as the data source but you can configure this to pull the lname and rname from your asset import source. " However. my colleague has been trying the above and it does not appear to be working how they are expecting. Is it possible to update the relationships in bulk via a spreadsheet and json file. This is how we have currently imported new assets but there does not appear to be anywhere on the template to add the file that we want to get the query looking at. On new imports there is a section "AssetTypes": { "Server": "ComputerSystem_ServerTemplate.csv" Here is the link to the original post. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. My colleague is currently linking the supplier to the assets, however they do not appear to be linking. We are able to go into a supplier which shows the assets listed at the bottom of the page, however when you click the "Launch Explorer" button the flow chart is not showing as linked, for example the 'depends on' and 'Connected to' are absent. For example we use a priority system of Red, Amber, Green and White, is there a way of marking the 'My Projects' screen with a splash or dot of the appropriate colour next to each project so that people can see the priority before even clicking on the required project? Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well on the lead up to Christmas. Please would it be possible to advise? We currently have our access so that Project Manager users are able to see all projects. However if they want to see just the projects they are assigned to on the main page rather than all projects would the best way to show this be to press the heart icon on each project required and then in the settings Change the 'Project Portfolio - Default Tab' to Favourites? We have got this way to work for us, however we just want to make sure this is the best way before sharing with the users. Thank you. Kind Regards Ann

Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well. Please would it be possible to advise/help on an issue we are currently having with Time Sheets. One of our engineers has put 45 minutes against an incident on the time stamp, using a Technical Fix and has pressed Resolved. However nothing is being added to the time sheet on the call or the engineers time sheet. If they complete it from an update this is working fine. Is this a known error please? Thank you. Apologies Alex, I don't think I worded that correctly. I have created the programme and given access to my colleague which they are able to see. However another entry has been listed on MY programme list exactly the same. If I then remove my colleague from the programme I go back to having one entry as I would expect to have on my list.
