Yes, the same here, in the Service Portal.
-
@Paul Alexander, you mean, you click "Next" in the page before the attachments page and nothing happens?
I'm getting that here.
-
Thanks, @TrevorKillick.
I could raise the request. It seems to be solved.

It seems to work now.

Hi.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I want to raise a request in Hornbill support page - https://www.hornbill.com/support - but, when I click on the button to report something broken or not working, it does nothing, just goes to the top of the support page.
I've already cleared the browser cache, but nothing changed.
Regards,
A.

+1 good idea!

Hi @Daniel Dekel.
You mean "external" as being from a different web domain (not https://live.hornbill.com) ?
Because I have a link with a completely different domain and it's opening in the same tab.
Regards,
Alberto

Hi again.
Wouldn't it be good to have an option to choose if you want the link to open in a new tab window or not?
From what I've tested, the links always open in the same tab you are navigating the employee portal.
Thanks and regards,
A.

Hi @Daniel Dekel.
We have around 140 services most of them belonging to one domain (general domain) with around 15 domain categories. The homepage doesn't allow the filtering of the services by service category in the my services widget, using the drop down.
If an user wants to find a service by the category, he needs to go to a domain instead of filtering all the services by the existing category.
Anyway... I'll think about redesigning the pages taking "why would you not add the contents of the General domain in the Home page?" into account.
Regards.

Hi.
Is it possible to set the default home page to a specific domain page?
When the user opens the employee portal it lands in the home page https://live.hornbill.com/instance_name/internal/home/ but we would like the users to land in a specific domain page like https://live.hornbill.com/instance_name/internal/catalog/general/
Cheers,

Hi.
Is there someone experiencing intermittent connection issues to Hornbill?
We are experiencing that in the last hour.

I've changed positions to several domains and the sort order behavior is still erratic.
I'll contact the support team.
Thanks

Hi @NeilWJ,
So, why do the domains appear in a different position in the list each time I refresh the page without changing their position using the arrows, just by pressing F5 in the browser?
Cheers

Thanks for the response, @Daniel Dekel.
It depends of the meaning of "in a few months"
For now, as it's not possible, we'll release the portal for basic users with all the domains disabled and we'll fine tune the domains the better we can; it would be easier for us if we had this available, but... we'll deal with it.
(adding an idea - image below: I think it would be something like an extra column in the "enabled" allowing the enable separated for users / basic users)
Cheers. -
@Daniel Dekel, thenks for responding.
We wanted to release live the basic user portal asap with only the homepage and then, while the basic users are using it, we would like to prepare the domains and domain pages in the user version of the portal to release it later.
-
Hi all.
Is it possible to have the domains hidden in the employee portal for basic users - so basic users will only navigate in the employee portal home - and the domains visible in the users (analysts) employee portal?
Cheers,
a.

Yes, intermittent issues on navigating in our instance.
Thanks.

Hi.
We've reported this to Hornbill support some weeks ago and it's now being fixed (defect: KE00164620).
I think it's the same issue. With us, it happens the first time someone tries to raise a request in a browser session.
Regards,
-
Thanks, @Daniel Dekel
It would be good that, at least, we could define the "landing screen" and set it as FAQs in the Service page, as we want to get our users through the FAQs before they raise a request.
This would be really useful.
-
Hi.
Is there a way to make the service page, within the employee portal, to show the FAQs as landing page by default - if the service have FAQs?
We would like to make our users to be aware of the FAQs prior to raise requests and, from what I've seen, when we open a service page, it lands on the "Make a request" page.
Thanks
Alberto

We have that as well and yep... I thought the same when this new sign on method was announced.

@AlexTumber, can you please check this?
