Hello,
I opened up Hornbill mailbox and saw this, it was really odd and I can't seem to find the error or anything information to highlight it:
It also applied to IMT Service Desk above too but only contained 3 compare to this mailbox. Can anyone elaborate this?

That is truly bizarre way to count without admin account included in System? Any specific reason for this?

@TrevorKillick Thank you for your simple and straightforward explanation. Yes I thought it would be odd for application subscription to show 50 whereas in system users show 49. (I have just double checked again and it still showing the same numbers on both page.)

Hello,
We had this very unusual number showing the number of users who have "admin" access to Hornbill. Look below and you would see the difference between Application Subscription Users and System Users numbers: 50/55 & 49/55:
I went through the list literally like 5 times and twice with @samwoo but we could not see any missing member. I have never ever scratch my head that hard thinking if there is something wrong with my brain or my eyesight!
Can anyone help please?

P.S. Can you elaborate the difference between these two (I know roughly but want to get properly explanation so I can relay toward my manager and department) this is also another opportunity for me to speak to my senior manager about giving few users access to HR to try and bring them into Hornbill.

Many thanks for getting back to me. Previously when I had to refreshed or restart my Chrome or IE11, it still shows red.
But now when I refreshed on Chrome, it shows green, which is good. (Thank you) However, I am also hoping for "stage" to able to show green too if that is possible?

we often start the start for request follow by assets and documentation. I must have admitted, I have never actually search for Co-Worker...yet.So this change in setting to set default would be great benefit for us.

I have bought Stellaris but I have not got around to it yet I love strategy games like AOE (Age of Empires) so would expect this to be similar but in space. Man, I really need to uninstall Rocket League in order to play other games for once... Yes, I am addicted to Rocket League, I blame him, @samwoo since he started it before me and got me involved...lol

+1 - very important for us too as we have to informed our team few times to make sure to complete each tasks in order to get to the next stage rather than skip the task.

However if they going to include that then they should add "unread" or "red flag" into filter list so that we can search for these emails in all folders not just inbox.
