With the UI preview turned on in the Employee Portal when using the app in Dark Mode, text is being displayed as white on a white background so is not even visible.

On the wiki page, it states that all the tools are open source and freely available from the GitHub repository, but this no longer seems to be the case. We were looking for the source code for the Asset Importer to see if we could extend it to handle our requirement to be able to add/update 'Shared With' as part of the export, but the source code is no longer available.
Are we able to request the source code for this and other closed tools?

Seem to have lost the link from Workspaces to the My Timesheet app when using the Preview UI. The workspace post is no longer automatically linked when creating an entry on the right-hand side My Timesheet app.

Coming out of the HUG workshop, could there be Industry Specific Forums such as NHS, Education etc, which are optional to join for notifications etc, so customers who are working in common in industries can discuss business-specific challenges?

Thanks for the detailed response. In essence from a UI point of the 'Operation' select of 'Update request' would remain and work as current based on the system wide visibility setting but be completmented with 'Update request Customer Viewable' and 'Update request Team Viewable'. With these applying the visibility of the timeline update/attachments as indicated by the name of the operation irrespective of the current system setting.

Updating the express logic would work for us, just needs to include details on what timezone etc is applied when using the logic.
Perhaps a work package for routing rules can be put together as there are quite a few long-running enhancement requests in this area as well, such as visibility override.

When using the Workflow Editor, it does not maintain Group content of nodes when copied and pasted in to destination workflow.
It appears to copy successfully and displays as a group when pasted in, but when you shrink the group the nodes remain on the main

Can we request an enhancement to the Workflow Editor to allow the copy and paste of stage notes, as at the moment these you can not do this.

Can raise an enhancement to extend the current export and import functionality in the workflow editor, to allow the export and import at the stage level. Often in our complex workflows, we will be more than one of us collaborating on a project involving updating the same workflow we deconflict this by working on separate stages.
Therefore having the ability to export and import at the 'stage' level would make it a lot easier to combine the work without the risk of affecting each other changes and avoid the temperamental Copy/Paste nodes option.

There seems to be a common issue across the UI with Scroll Bars when using the product in Darkmode. The latest is the scroll bar now deployed in the Intelligent Capture Service Catalog view. Example below.
Perhaps needs a more detailed look at the darkmode ui styling.

The setting refers to the image on the left, which you can customise (example below). You cannot remove the Hornbill Logo in the standard product. Might be worth checking with Hornbill to see if this is an option in the 'Enterprise Edition'.
