  1. @TrevorKillick That did the the trick with the "URI": "[thumbnailPhoto]", we now have pictures again. Might we worth updating the example section in the download as well. Thanks. Martyn
  2. Would also appear that the process has deleted the existing manually uploaded profile pictures as well, so every one is a grey person now! Cheers Martyn
  3. Well got a bit further, have updated to version 2..2.1 of the tool and configured it as per the Wiki, but for each user we get the following error. 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] Roles Added Successfully 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] Image Lookup URI: thumbnailPhoto 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] DAV Upload URL: https://eurapi.hornbill.com/XXXXXXXXXX/dav/session/martyn.houghton.jpg 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] Uploaded 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] Profile Set Image URL: /session/martyn.houghton.jpg 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [ERROR] Unable to Associate Image to User Profile: ESP Image Converter Tool failed 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] Processing User Profile Data martyn.houghton 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] User Profile Update Success 2017/09/08 12:29:07 [DEBUG] User Update Skipped Config contains the following settings, and thumbnailPhoto is listed in the attributes section. Also tried it with the png option. "ImageLink":{ "Action":"Both", "Enabled": true, "UploadType": "AD", "InsecureSkipVerify": true, "ImageType": "jpg", "URI": "thumbnailPhoto" }, Just going to double check with our IT that they are using the standard thumbnailPhoto attribute for storing staff images. Cheers Martyn
  4. Would it be possible via the LDAP Importer to populate/update the analyst pictures in Hornbill from the picture held in the active directory? Cheers Martyn
  5. @James Ainsworth Thanks, we will keep an eye out for that in the next release. Cheers Martyn
  6. @shamaila.yousaf Normal this is controlled by the support teams linked to the service. I.e. if you are not in a team which is linked to supporting the service you should not see them. Are they appearing as black headings in the Request List results or as blue clickable links which you can then open the request from? Cheers Martyn
  7. With operating a predominately an external support services, our requests very quickly accumulate a large volumes of attachments (logs, screenshots, config files etc) so it would be good to be able to alter the sort order of the attachments, i.e. so you can show the latest first etc. Also as the results are paginated you also cannot search easily using the browser search function, so it would be good to be able to search or filter the attachments making it easier to locate the one your are looking for. Cheers Martyn
  8. @SJEaton You could try inserting a Automated task in front of the integration call to for 'Get Request Details' to ensure the field data is refreshed in memory prior to it being converted. Cheers Martyn
  9. @SJEaton If you could post screen shot of the BPM prior to the integration call. It could be that it is branching differently and perhaps not retrieving a fresh copy of the Request Details to pick up the date entered into the details section prior to calling the integration stage. Cheers Martyn
  10. @SJEaton When it is first entered in the Details section does it appear to display properly and then change to being undefined, as that would then suggest it being corrupted by the Integration process in the BPM linked to the Service/Catalog entry. Does the specific custom field setup on this service differ from the one setup for Internal Appointment, or is it the same service? Cheers Martyn
  11. @SJEaton Does you progressive capture branch to a different form/question when it is an external appointment, as it could be that it is not getting set properly in the first place by the question setup? Cheers Martyn
  12. @Daniel Dekel Thanks for the update. I'll pass that on to the team. Cheers Martyn
  13. @Paul Alexander I do not think this is currently possible, but is something that would be useful for use as well. Cheers Martyn
  14. It would be really useful to have an indicator column when viewing Portal Account List (Guest Accounts) to show if they are associated to a portal and there current status (active/suspended), a bit like the SLT column in the Request List. Perhaps a separate icon for Customer and Service Portals, coloured green is active, red is suspended and blank if not setup for the portal. Also being able to sort/group by this would also allow you to identify those accounts where are setup for different portals or have a certain status, though this could be done by tick boxes at the top of the list like in the Admin Settings screens. Cheers Martyn
  15. @Daniel Dekel Just wondering how it was progressing on the provision of a setting to turn this new feature off? Cheers Martyn
  16. @Steven Boardman Thanks for replying. If you need any further information from us, let me know. Cheers Martyn
  17. When updating requests from the shared mailbox using the the 'Apply to Request' option, it would be a really good option to be able to set whether the status needs to be changed on the email window, expecially when you are using Sub-Statuses. When you update an request with sub status automatic updating on the request comes off hold, which most of the time is correct, however there will be some emails (out of office responses, ' I try that and get back to you' etc) which need to leave the status unchanged. Having the option with in the 'Apply to Request' screen would save having to leave the the shared mailbox, open up the request, put request on hold again, complete any falsely triggered activities and then find you place back in the mailbox. Cheers Martyn
  18. With the list of email variables available in the Email Template Editor becoming longer and longer, it would be good if these could be presented in a structured picker UI similar to when using variable/parameters in BPM nodes, rather than the longer scrolling select list. This would also help with ordering of the list, as at the moment the order appears to be when they where added rather than truly alphabetical. Cheers Martyn
  19. When editing longer email templates, it would be useful to have a scroll bar on the body of the email section, so the header and ribbon bar remain visible as you move down the template body. This will make it easier to sort out formatting and insert variables etc without having to loose site of where the cursor is to scroll up the window to get the the ribbon bar. Cheers Martyn
  20. @James Ainsworth Just to follow this up, the ESP Expression only work in the body of the email. If you want to include a field on the subject line, such as we do the customer reference which may be supplied or may be blank, the expression does not work and you still get the variable name inserted. Therefore at the moment we are not able to include the customer's reference in the subject line. Cheers Martyn
  21. @James Ainsworth @SJEaton Thanks for the guidance, which does get around the problem of the variable name being inserted, just that it would be good if this was done automatically by the product, given that you have to do this for each variable that may be empty. When you are creating and maintaining a large number of templates this does seem unnecessary. Cheers Martyn
  22. @Daniel Dekel Thanks for letting me know. Timescale is fine, as where I need to remove them I just been putting in 'None' as a workaround. Cheers Martyn
  23. @TrevorKillick Thanks. I will have a look at whether I can automate some of this via Python and the API side. Cheers Martyn
