Hi All, Not sure if this is linked to the other email issue raised earlier today, but just wanted to add that for some reason the majority of our requests are failing on the closure email with the below error - not sure if anything change but seeing this on all requests today that have reached the 5 day marker for auto closure, so requests are resolving aok, but then when trying to send the closure email getting below - thanks! Just to jump into this one, I happen to be looking at a shared list / chart issue on our Service Desk - they have a shared request list view with an associated chart - however, one of the team can not view the Chart but the others can? Not sure why one would not see it but everyone else can? I presume the Hidden default view only shows on the owner of the request list view when they configure it, rather than each person it is shared to having to change the 'hidden' default? Thanks

Hiya, Just to confirm i have tried this on our instance of Hornbill and we are able to add Notices to requests still with no issues - however you need either of these roles to be able to set it according to the Wiki as below: I will have to let someone from Hornbill comment as to if there was a change to this at all recently.   9. Hi All, We are trying to setup a report which shows the current card items in 2 lanes on our CAB board (Emergency Changes, and With CAB lanes). However, when we run the report it is returning data showing any request that has been in either of these 2 lanes, rather than what is currently in the lane. I presume we can output what is currently in the lane rather than anything that was in the lane? Many thanks as always!

  12. Hi All, I am just introducing some Wiki markup formatting to some of our Progressive Capture questions, and was struggling to use multiple markup on one line. I have some set text that i have already use Wiki Markup to make the text Bold in the pro cap, however, I was unsure where i insert the code to make the text Red / Font size 16: <span style="color:red;font-size:16px"> I have tried it outside of the 3 quotes, as well as inside, but it just displays the text in the question rather than actually making it Red / Size 16 font. The Wiki shows the code to use but not where to insert the code in the string. Many thanks as always !

Hi Mark, The setting showing the template that is sent is under Hornbill Service manager / Settings: guest.app.requests.notification.emailTemplate.customerTimelineUpdate I think there is a default template from Hornbill that is used, but we have inserted our own version here Many thanks Adrian

  17. Hi All, So I have a task to manually update some Custom fields in a number of Customers accounts. However when i am navigating the Users admin tool, it keeps 'freezing' and I have to restart Edge every time i update one person. I am getting a message occasionally that the system has halted as there is a 'Script still running'. Normally I am able to move back and forth with no issues but yesterday and today it keeps doing this everytime I update someone's account, and i have to kill the browser in Task Manager, relaunch it and log back in. Any idea why this is occurring please? Its not stopping me from updating accounts, it is just very slow and frustrating. FYI I am manually updating a Custom field in the customers profile to use for setting a VIP priority. As we do not sync this particular field from our LDAP config, it is easier to update this in Hornbill than changing the LDAP and updating all the accounts in Active Directory. Many thanks

Hi James, Thanks for the advice - I think we may just 'tidy' up our team structure so that we have one defined Manager and other Managers moved to the Team Leader role, but i will read through the above to see if there are any options available. Personally i think having 1 manager in the team will suffice Many thanks as always !
  20. Hi All, We are still on the old Customer Portal (currently in process of transitioning to the Employee Portal), using My Documents for our Customers to download or access relevant documents. On Thursday I started receiving reports of full Users and Customers having issues downloading / accessing documents here. I also have the same issue - when selecting the Download document button instead of the Download interface appearing at the bottom of the browser, a new page is launched showing random text characters as below. I have found the following: - Works fine for me on Chrome, and Edge, doesn't work in IE - Another 2 colleague's it doesn't work at all in IE or Edge - Another User can access it on Chrome but not Edge or IE All on Windows 10 desktops. I know there was a document manager update earlier in the week so unsure if related? Many thanks as always
