  1. Is there a way to assign a human task to the request's owner AND the team who is member of?
It's seems to me that the members of the team which are assigned the manager role are capable to manage the tasks assigned to a different owner (think on vacation, day-off and so on)
I'm able to create manually a human task that is shared to a group (team) but it seems to me that is not possible at a BPM level, am I wrong?
And in this case can you show me which is the right node setting?

  2. I've noticed that the history in the asset device is not tracking who has created the device and also there's no evidence when you switch on/off the "used by" option to shared.
is there a specific reason for this? can this be ammended?

  3. I used to access the hornbill demo instance to test new features admin.hornbill.com/demo with Grahamc user.
this user has now a different role assignement so for example i cannot test BPM and PC

is there a possibility to access the demo instance with full admin capabilities? which is the user to use in this case?

  4. we are succesfully using the open tool goDBassetImport and we are currently syncing some information from SCCM to Hornbill asset manager.
There's only one issue, if we select an asset to be as shared, the settings is overwritten when the next sync with sccm occurs.
How can be this avoid? is there the possibility to not overwrite the asset that are manually set to be shared?
    thank you
