  2. I might be being blind, but is there a menu I can see a list of posts I have raised rather than a list of updates? Would also be good if I could archive my own posts in the event a query has been dealt with and is no longer required on the forum. Might also give your guys more focus on the outstanding posts?   4. Hi all, Please can someone have a look into how I reverse sort this data (see attached)? Currently the users with the most tickets appear at the end of the report however I would like the users with the most tickets to appear at the top of the report.   11. Good afternoon, I would like the ability to place tickets on hold until a custom date/time defined in a custom field (defined with progressive capture or adjusted in the details pane). Is this possible please? The requirement is to place a ticket on hold until a new starter on-boards for post on-boarding activities e.g. collecting proof of ID on day 1 etc. Regards, Mike.

  13. Good afternoon, I would like a report please that shows me all tickets raised by email by the time the email was received rather than the date logged. I need this from year to date so would like my reporting limited increased to perhaps 10k results please? I know I spoke to @Victor regarding this yesterday. Further to this, I would also like a report to return all requests raised by analyst so I can marry the two together (currently I don't use the self service). Regards and thanks, Mike.

  19. Thanks for this James - I think a better solution (albeit probably a time consuming one) would be to add a hyperlink (same function as resolution category) just under the catalog item? I've attached how I think this might look. Regards, Mike.
