@Steve Giller
I have updated the node, but still not showing as a FTF. -
I'm trying to implement the first time fix into our business workflow. Even though I met all the requirments its not clear where it shows the first time fix on the resolved call.

is it possible to have more than one Rule Expression, so I want to take inbound emails from a specific domain with a specific subject, ideally contains specific words in a subject would be better.
so the Rule Expression would be something like fromAddress = 'ABC@domain.com' subjectContains ='orangesandlemons' does that work?

same for our users

I have just noticed our power bi dashboards are no longer populating, they run an r script which looks to be ok, I have created a new APi key just in case it was that. Just wondered if anything has changed recently I may have missed on here?

Thanks @Steve Giller I dont have that company home on my view, but I have found what I need, which is different from what we use to have. I guess it must have changed on the roadmap at somepoint and missed it. The one that works and ended up at https://live.hornbill.com/delta/internal/home/ it use to be https://service.hornbill.com/delta/
