Customer Feeback - Questions not enabled
chriscorcoran replied to chriscorcoran's topic in Service Manager
@James Ainsworth same here coolio. ta -
Hi We have a couple of cases for a product where we need to email Directors or Managers outside of Hornbill if a call is raised under a particular service and location. I'm trying to work out the best way of doing this within the business process? or through email templates? Any thoughts. Thanks

Question about WHERE clause in a measure
chriscorcoran replied to chriscorcoran's topic in Performance Analytics
thanks @Steven Boardman I had added too many brackets in my query as well. This works perfect. Thanks -
Hi I have a measure that I want to exclude a 'site' from so my graphs are correct, so far the where clause is ((h_fk_servicename ='IECC') OR (h_fk_servicename ='IECC Scalable')) is it possible to include and exclusion for site Newcastle? Thanks Chris

Because the new HTML editor in Hornbill grabs right mouse click, it is nowimpossible to use web browser plugins that perform spell checking as well as theusual paste as formatted text options in the browser’s context menu with it. Is there any way other than changing source to enable this? Thanks

Dashboards - Displaying the wrong content
chriscorcoran replied to chriscorcoran's topic in Service Manager
thanks @Mohamed still finding some content is not showing on the dashboard and not all data is correct. I will will create the graphs and views to see if that resolves. -
Over the last few days my dahsboards have decdied to start displaying random data from different services. Is this a known issue? I have tried recreating some of the views and charts but they are not working. Some of the recreated charts dont even show now. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm after a way of exporting all the categories and sub categories of a service, is this possible? Thanks Chris

@Steven Boardman the call shows as reopens but what I think is happening is the SLA clock is still ticking and then will autoclose, which doesnt work if a call is reopened as it will need to be closed manually. see attached. Thanks
-
Hi, We when reopen a call its seems to leave it in a resolved state so any automatic timers will close the call again if its not dealt with. It also doesnt allow you to resolve it unless you edit the resolution and manually send it back to the servicedesk for closing off. I just wondered what other people do in their business processes around call reopening. Looking for ideas really. Thanks Chris

I have a routing rule that I want to change, so that it will recognise internal and external inbound emails to the same mailbox, at present everything that comes in to abc@mycompany.com gets picked up and logged automatically as a request. I need to split it out so that all internal @mycompnay.com get logged as a request which I guess is easy enough I can create a rule that says from domain = @mycompany.com but for external it could come from anyone, is there an expression that allows me to do this. So, if it comes from the mailbox abc@mycompany.com from anyone other than @mycompany.com raise incident.
