  2. Hello, I would like to be able to set the default visible entities that show when going into a Configuration Item. We use configuration manager from within Assets, and some Assets have hundreds and hundreds of requests, so by default we would like the "Requests" entity to not display.   6. Hi @Victor, Happy New Year I missed this one. As far as I understand it could be used for organizations to design very specific services and requirements for residents or members of the public, tenants or third-party organizations (including on behalf of customers), where each screen is different depending on the type of service. These are not ITSM type services, more managing requests from customers. For example, if we offer a waste service, members of the public can make a request for more bags they can collect from various locations, or if there is anti-social behaviour needs to be reported and reported on then people can do that and each screen based on the type of service will look different according to the information that needs to be displayed. This is probably quite a terrible description as I don't really know what we offer that is managed by our existing CRM system and how it works, but I suspect it would be along those lines and highly configurable. Might be something that we can do once the functionality is introduce allowing us to develop our own Apps (assuming that's still on the cards). Thanks, Samuel

  12. Were the above mappings ever implemented? I would like to be able to populate the Root Cause and External Reference No fields via Custom Form (and not using the Business Process), but from that list and checking the Wiki, it seems that only h_workaround is available to use, unless the others are available and the Wiki hasn't yet been updated?
  13. Good morning, I have been slightly frustrated as I have created a bunch of Human Tasks manually against a request and I cannot reorder it. I have tried: 1. Prefixing the Task Title with numbers (ie. 1) 2) 3) 2. Setting the Task I want at the top to be "High" priority 3. Running an API on the Task I want at the top to be the "Highest" priority But no matter what I do, I cannot re-order any of the tasks in the list. Looking at the API, it doesn't look like this functionality exists at all. I would like to request to have the Task functionality include the ability to re-order tasks. Whether we can specify a number to manually reorder it, dragging and dropping the task in the task list, having "highest" priority tasks at the top then sort by title, whatever it may be I think it would be useful. The problem in the above example is that I added the Update Spreadsheet task last and don't want to have to delete and go through the creation of the tasks again. Thanks, Samuel

  18. We still have the empty request list issue so sounds like it takes time to reach everyone. We have tried refreshing, hard refreshing and logging in and out.

Good afternoon, I would like to request the ability to set up Service Manager Reports (in the Front-End, not System Administration) and have a Widget friendly view of it that can be used in Dashboards. It should load straight into the report without users having to click the play button, and it should conform to the width of the screen/iFrame without having any navigation menus or Custom Reports. This is what it currently looks like It would be great for it to look like this (without a second overflow scrollbar within) 4 Thanks, Samuel
