  1. Hi Any Service Portals raised go into our Service Desk group, whomever is covering the portals will set an SLA and reassign accordingly. I would like to measure how many portal calls are being reassigned by each analyst on a daily basis - so it would be the number of first reassignments against each analyst for the self service source type. Can anyone kindly assist? Regards Sxx
  2. When we used Support Works we had the option to place the call on hold and have the option to send an email with the call on hold comments to the customer. At present we email the user and then have another action to place the call on hold. Is this achievable in Service Manager as one action only? Thanks in advance. Shamaila

  10. I'm still experiencing issues...I deleted all my charts a few weeks ago and tried recreating, but the dashboard still doesn't load. I can confirm that I had previously used the 'create copy' option for my views..i am aware you have the functionality is in development - any ideas when this will come into play as i may as well try and recreate then. I also noticed that some of my views (possibly used the 'make a copy') which i shared out to users/team stopped the 'share' also...should i recreate my views to be on the safe side ? Thanks Sxx
  11. Apologies, I now understand what you meant. I deleted the view and recreated and then went into the chart to add the details - visibility is turned on but no results appear? Underneath my chart title it appears with 'no data to display'?

If you are asking if the views for the charts I created appear correctly, then I have tried accessing the view and have found an error message occurs "unable to query requests - Flowcode Exception. Input parameter validation error: The element <withinfixtimeequals> was not expected at location '/methodcall/params/withinfixtimeequals'. Hopefully this answers your question? Regards
  13. The build was updated yesterday and the message i receive is "There are no Charts configured or visible". Strange that another one of my colleague can access his dashboard? Please advise.
  14. Morning Can someone please advise how one reports from as board. I have a board which contains numerous lists, I would like to see the possibility of scheduling a report to be run on my board against the numerous lists. I'd like to be able to schedule the report and add to Document Manager. Thanks in advance.

  16. @DeadMeatGF you are correct, I think the icon appears Green when it's added to the board. As there are a number of boards and the request can fall under more than one board, I can't use the 'Green board icon' to my advantage. However; this is small change would prove useful to other's i'm sure. Thanks.

  18. Hi There, Apologies if I have missed something. We have noticed that any calls we log for an incident they appear to be 'Added to the Board'...I don't believe we have made any amendments to our existing BPs? Is this to do with the recent platform update? I do like the fact that the icon on the action bar appears Green so we can tell at a glance that this has been attached to the board, as the team manually add to the board when the need required. However; if all of them appear to be adding to a board then I can't use this to my advantage. Hope you can assist. Regards
  19. I have created 2 views', one for source is 'Self Service' and the other source is 'Email'. There are calls on the system which match the condition but does not appear in the list, why might this be? The page has been refreshed:). Thanks for your continued support.

  22. We too would like to have the search option 'refined', I agree it can get a little frustrating at times. I've had to create a number of views and share the views out to my team or even go further to create a report. Regards
