  1. The coworker appears in Service Manager via an import from another system, so it would be setup with a basic user configuration.

Hi We have a new staff member who has joined our Facilities Team, I am replicating the user roles and organisation details as one of his colleagues so have updated the Organisation details against the user as well as add the roles in the 'details' and message appears "you can not assign a role that has a priviledge level of a user to a basic user. The user will be assigned requests and will need the ability to action calls/tasks accordingly. Not sure if this means we have run out of licenses or if there is something have missed. I thought I would just check as the person who may know is out of the office today and they have requested urgent access. Thanks Sxx

On a slightly different note, another user was removed from the 'Executive Approver's' section: Home>System>organisational data>organisation>executive approvers But this particular user is still is still receiving confirmation of emails confirming that the request has been accepted or rejected: An email has been sent to ****.*********@derby-college.ac.uk using email template 'AuthorisationActionCompleted' by the Business Process Engine Any ideas as this user does not seem to be assigned to the Executive Approvers group as above?   4. @Victor we purchased an approver license for the user in question. The user received the email and upon making the selection to accept/refuse was prompted with the error "You do not have the rights to access the table: h_sys_tasks". The approver activity is part of our Mobile Phone Request BP that Daniel Riley is working with us to get up & running. Hope the above gives you a bit more to go with. Thanks Sxx
  5. Hi We purchased a license for the user in question, the user has the following setup. You do not have the rights to access the table: h_sys_tasks. I also would like the possibility of this user being able to access my board but when assigning the board user role, message appear "no rights on application". I'm assuming both these issues are related. Thanks
  6. @Steven Boardman i created a secondary widget with completed by and the mention of SYM_BPM...disappeared - so think i misinformed your incorrectly. I'll give the joining of the tables a try in due course. Thanks and apologies for the mixup.
  7. With regards to my last update, I managed to create a widget on the completed tasks by and I don't believe the data is showing correctly. A large number appeared against: SYS_BPM_Manager Any ideas what the above can be, on occasions when a task is completed it does specify BPM Manager so not sure if some of our completed tasks appear against the above?
  8. Thanks will give this a try @Steven Boardman. Would it be possible to create a widget via Advanced analytics to show number of completed activities by analysts? This too would prove useful to me. Thanks for your ongoing support!

I would like to arrange a report on the results of outcomes of an activity against against a specific catalog item, example is as below: Catalog Item: Mobile Phone Request Activity contains: A Mobile Phone request for requires approval Outcome status would appear with accept or refuse or nothing - I would like to see all 3. Any ideas what table the activities appear in? Thanks either way.
  10. I have granted my team with access to the dashboard, I assumed a notification would have been sent upon granting the access however; this wasn't the case. I granted access to the group. Anyway, I forwarded the link and message appeared 'You do not have permission to view', any ideas on this please? Thanks Sxx

  12. @Deen I located the SQL Reference for the date time functions from the wiki (as below): https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/SQL_Reference:_Date_Time_Functions I cleared the sample from & to option and & used curdate() in the SQL filter, I'm hoping this resolves my query. Have up[dated all my widgets so will check tomorrow if this has worked. Regards

  14. Hi @Steven Boardman it's Advanced Analytsics>Widgets. I select the 'Today' icon which appears in blue for Sample from & Sample to, I am under the impression that come the next day that it will automatically pick up the figures for the new day. Is this not the case? I'm having to go through all my widgets to reselect...so guessing not? Secondly, I have created a 'List of Counters' to show the number of calls logged via the self service portal - see below; however is there an easier way to add 'TODAY' to have the number automatically counted for that day only? Again, its time consuming having to manually change on a daily basis. h_datelogged BETWEEN '2019-04-29' AND '2019-04-30' AND h_source_type ='Self Service' AND h_fk_servicename= 'IT Support' Your assistance is always kindly appreciated.

  16. @Deen thank you, any ideas if I can go down to the second level category? I have entered as i.e. Hardware>Mobile Phone which didn't bring up any results when it should have done? Thanks for the info above:).
  17. When I select the 'Today' option upon setting the Sample from and to it doesn't update to show 'Today'. I set this up yesterday and appears with yesterday's figures. I didn't manually choose the date? Can some kindly provide me the syntax tax for Today so i can add this into the 'filter' instead. Not sure if this is a 'user error' on my part
  18. @James Ainsworthit looks like IT Support is a department, I have removed myself from the IT Support department. Hopefully I wont receive any further activities from that team moving forward? I'll add myself back in if there is ever a future need. Thanks Sxx
  19. I come under more than one team, what would the impact be if i remove myself from this this team? I appear under the two groups below: derbycollege/itservices/ derbycollege/itservices/ITSupport/ As i am receiving a high number of activities for a business process which doesn't seem to work from within IT Support team, I wonder what the impact would be if i removed myself from the IT Support team? I have gone into: Organisational data>Users>Shamaila Yousaf>Organisation and amended the Allow Task View to false under the IT Support group but i still the activities? Advice would be useful, thanks in advance.
  20. I have a report to show open incidents for my team, would i like to be able to create a widget to report against a particular category to add to my dashboard. Is this possible? Regards
