  1. Hi I am not sure how many customers use the Organization detail section. But we use it daily to gat an overview of our Customers organization details (especially outstanding tickets). The UI for this section is really bad / non-responsive design. The right column with the clock and logo is totally superfluous, this space can easily be used to enlarge the column/table with the details that really matter. The list of requests in not usable like it is now. As you can see in the screen print. All our servicedesk members have been complaining about this for a long time. I hope this can be picked up soon.   2. Hi Hope it's okay to continue in this thread, since it is related to Power BI and R Script. I am just starting with the Hornbill API in combination with Power BI. I got all the dependencies (I believe) installed with R. Copied the script from GitHub PowerBIDataSource_HistoricReport.R in the R Editor in Hornbill. Changed the Instance and added the API Key. I ended up with the error: What Am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for your help. Mark
