@Nikolaj I'm pleased to say that this has already been identified by our development team and has been fixed in passing. The fix will be in the next Project Manager update. Alex

This includes dynamic recalculation of the risk weighting based on the configured project risk matrix. The same functionality for tasks in a project will arrive in a future Project Manager update. @Nikolaj thanks for confirming this. Our development team have identified the problem when completing a task from outside of the project manager app and are currently working on a fix. In the mean time, I can confirm that the setting of the notify pm flag when creating new milestones and tasks will now be controlled by app settings. This also applies to milestones and tasks created against project templates and will be available in the next update:

@Nikolaj there are no rights missing. When completing the tasks, are your project members doing so from the Project Task view, or from the Core Task View? Alex

@Darren Rose @Nikolaj Thanks for your feedback on this. I will ask our development team about the prospect of introducing app settings for both tasks and milestones so that you can set the notification to default to on or off globally. I don't think it will be too much effort. Alex

@Darren Rose there is currently no configuration setting. I can ask our development team to change that for the next update in both the project template tasks and the project tasks themselves. It is a very simple change. Alex
