  1. Just reviewing one of our progressive captures and we are getting display variations on drop down select boxes. The top 4 questions are all variations of drop down select boxes. The two that are displaying as 'squished' are Data Query drop down select boxes. The top one is a static and the bottom one is a SimpleList and they display nicely.

  2. @Steven Boardman It has come to my attention that the {{.H_start_time}} shows as UTC time and therefore people are seeing changes being scheduled an hour different to what they actually where scheduled for.

Ignore the square brackets that was me testing to see if the markup suggestion in the wiki would help.

Kind of defeats the purpose of the email if the times aren't going to be accurate.

    Hi Tina,

The issue with the missing digit within the Reference attribute will be addressed in the Service Manager build that is planned to go live on Monday.

    Ehsan

@Ehsan just discovered that when copying and pasting reference out of Service Manager the last digit is not being included even when its clearly selected and the point of copying.

  4. @Tina.Lapere @Gerry I just tried this and the first time I land on the standard analyst view I correctly see the full SR numberimage.png.d227e0045d013449169d1369116b7097.png

however if I load in to one of incidents or Service Requests and then return to the main view I see

If I then hit F5 I get the full SR number back.

  5. @Gerry yes the other issues are now resolved. Due to the change in icon size we have now had to turn off tiles on a number of our services because as tiles we have to scroll which defeats our aim of presenting everything on one screen.

Is there a way you could provide the ability to edit the size of the tiles so we could return to 3 tiles fitting per box? If not could we have a way to control the height of the widgets as we now have a lot of white space.

In answer to your question about the images the SVG's provided are useful for all the above but for out main page we wanted two giant buttons and using the SVG's displays like below and therefore was not fit for purpose.

  6. @Daniel Dekel have taken another look but it appears pretty much the same. Widgets have been stretched - custom (paid for) icons are squashed.

Also on other pages the design looks different.

    NEW

These may only seem like minor differences but as I have said we just went live and all our comms and presentations have the original design and this is very different.

Can you please confirm this isn't going live in 2 days and when it does go live we can choose to turn it off?

  7. @Eugene the mini banner is a generic links widget.

We paid an external party create these icons and banners based and it took a lot of time to get the dimensions right. We can't just have these changing. The page still has a whole bunch of differences.

I see the preview ends in 4 days. Can you confirm this means the preview goes and not that the preview will become live. We have only just gone live with this portal this week and to have it change even in such minor ways undoes a lot of the work and effort we have put in.

  8. We are getting the below on all jobs using the above package.

Package is not cached, downloading package from library: /cafs_raw/fs_packages/5688b70ab3fa5d15a1d6ae6f055a9e2b959e9e79.data
Could not get package info: Unable to download package content file from instance. URL: /cafs_raw/fs_packages/5688b70ab3fa5d15a1d6ae6f055a9e2b959e9e79.data Content ID: 5688b70ab3fa5d15a1d6ae6f055a9e2b959e9e79

This was working fine on Wednesday so the issue has occurred yesterday or this morning.

  9. We went live with our now Employee Portal on Monday and all our analysts appear to have access to the Page Manager and Design Mode buttons. Is there a specific permission to remove this? I can't have any analyst being able to change the page and need to ensure that this is tightly controlled.

  10. Just went live with our new Employee Portal today and it looks great until you turn on preview mode at which point all the dimensions appear to change.

New portal - not in preview mode.

    image.thumb.png.ec072c6bc12e18463bc83d0389db90c9.png

New portal - in preview mode.

Top banner has changed height. New grey bars. Mini bar now has a scroll bar. Icon images now cropped.

    image.thumb.png.a224aeea5ddf9698c030ad8247bbb638.png

Can these issues be addressed. It took a long time to get all the dimensions right on the new portal and its rather annoying that they don't care across to the preview.

Also can i disable the ability for non analysts to use preview mode?
