  1. Hi All, I am seeing this issue again today after a few restarts of my laptop - I am getting random notifications on requests that I would not expect to get. This happens on occasions and then seems to stop but I am unsure why it happens? Many thanks

Hi All So since the issue earlier it does appear I can get into Service Manager fine but I have had this error 3 times - it goes after a refresh but didn't see this until after the issue this morning. Anyone else seeing this at all please? It is also taking around 10 seconds to load anything - click on a request 10 seconds, click on a service in the portfolio 10 seconds? Many thanks

  7. Hi Jamie - I can see you have Supplier Manager in the application options - I think this might need to be Service Manager to pull in the request data. Unless of course you are looking to create cards for the Supplier manager data rather than the request? Many thanks
  8. @TrevorHarris Hi Trevor, hope you well. I noted there was a board update which mentions display issues if there are a number of lanes in a board. Is this the fix for this issue as I have checked the system again after a refresh and still only seeing 9 of the 10 lanes in one of our boards Many thanks !

Hi All A couple of questions around the customer portal registration, and the recent change to offer an organisation list (Apologies if posted to wrong section in the forum) 1) Is it possible to change the text in the Register section for the external Customer portal? Currently Organisation is spelt Organization so I wanted to address that little issue We have setup the Org list for use in the registration screen and wanted to change the Organization text to read something like 'Organisation - If your organisation is not listed you will need to contact 'helpdeskemail' before registering.' This is to ensure anyone who attempts to register but does not see their Org in the offered list contacts our service desk for assistance / guidance. However I can not see any of the register options in the translation section 2) I have activated the organisation list and then tested a new self registration. I was able to select an organisation with no issues at registration, however when looking at the new contact it does not show the organisation I have selected as set against the contact when registering? Is this correct? I would have expected it to appear as set against the new contact. Many thanks as always
  10. Hi James Thank you for taking a look - much appreciated as always. We are planning on using the Organisation they belong to to set their Service subscription. Currently we have around 7 external organisations who need access to one of our services, and currently just use a subscription of 'All Contacts' as all these org's currently require access to this same service. However, we are looking to expand the portal for other services so want to be able to target service subscription by Org rather than All Contacts. If we do get someone from a certain org registering they should only see the services that are available to their org so incorrectly raised requests would be minimal Many thanks

Hi All, I have taken a look at the new configuration to allow us to offer the org list on self-registration for our external customer's, but I am unable to find the setting portal.allowGuestSelfRegistrationOrgSetting in the system? I can see a new option to turn on in the customer configuration but enabling this I can see it is trying to offer a list, but no list data displays. Is this correct? (Apologies I still could not find the Customer portal forum section so have posted this to the Employee section instead) Many thanks
  12. Hi Craig As far as I am aware there are no rules as such in the export CSV function - there is of course the conditions you set to show your required data, but nothing else beyond that. It should just export the data you have showing in your configured request list view. I have not come across any differences when doing the same, so there must be something that is causing the difference. If you have 26 in the configured request list view you are exporting it should then show 26 in the output report. If no one else can work out why you are seeing the difference here I would look to raise a support call to Hornbill to advise further Many thanks
  13. Hi Steve Ah no worries I was hoping it captured the value before calculation. I am unsure why the team want the value so I will push back and ask their reasoning. What I have done for them is include the weighting score in the questions asked / answered so they can manually calculate the score if desired. If they have a good reason to request the calculation value I will of course post back here Many thanks as always
  14. Hi All, We have some assessments set in some of our processes - one of the teams using this feature wanted to have the actual weighting score available to use along with the Impact Level score. I wanted to see if this is at all possible, please? We can output a value of High, Critical, Medium, Low using our current weighting configuration, but I wanted to see if there was any way to output the actual total score that is calculated please? I am presuming it writes this value to the database, then the system allocates the relevant Impact Level / Threshold as per the configuration e.g. Impact Level is High, Threshold is between 9 and 15 - we want the actual score between 9 and 15 if possible?   15. Hi Mike It might be possible for Hornbill to assist in a bulk removal but of course that would incur costs for support but if you have lots it is worth considering if you have a large amount to remove Otherwise yes going to be user education time Many thanks

  19. Hi All, I am working on a new Service / Catalogue where we want to raise requests for cancelling or amending a booked clinic within one of our hospital sites. As part of the questions offered, we are asking our customers 'do you want to cancel 1, 2-9, 10+ or All Clinics'. Previously where we are capturing mulitple data items like this, we would normally offer a spreadsheet to be attached for the customer to complete and attach to the request. However, in this scenario I do not want to offer an attachment, I want to capture these clinics in questions asked in the IC. The main reason for this is to allow for easy searching of the completed requests within Hornbill - if we went down the attachment route this of course will cause issues if we ever have to backtrack in the system to check for any issues / problems that arise from said cancellation of the clinic. Mainly as we would not be able to search the multiple values in the spreadsheet and would have to open up the spreadsheet to check further. So as an example, someone raises a request to cancel between 2-9 clinics, and the actual amount to cancel is say 4 clinics. Ideally, I would want to present 4 input boxes, 1 for each clinic so like a closed loop capture - is there an easy way to achieve this in the bpm without having to construct multiple branches for 2 clinics, 3 clinics, 4 clinics etc? The below screen shot shows the current IC configuration and it is how to handle this that I am struggling with. Is it possible to have a loop of some kind that would loop around dependent on the number of clinics they want to cancel? With my example I have 4 clinics, so goes down the 2-9 clinic path then it offers 4 input boxes for the 4 separate clinic codes? Many thanks
