  1. Hi All, I have had a search in the report builder asset fields, and in Asset Manager in Service Manager direct but could not see Created By as a value I can output in a report. I can see Created By in the Asset History but I can only see Used By / Owned By as values in the Asset fields. Is it possible to extract who created an asset into a report please? I have the creation date available and in the report, just need who created it please Many thanks
  2. Thanks James, I had not considered that - I will take a look, sounds like it will give us the distinction we need in the shared template Many thanks as always
  3. Hi All. Until now we have only had one process using the built in authorisation process in the system, but now have another process which will be using this functionality. However, I note we can only set one email template as a global value for authorisation's, but we ideally would like to tailor the authorisation email for different areas/teams and include different values dependent on the request type. We would like to inject different values into the template as one team the authorisers have a full user licence, so can click into the full request in SM to get more details, whereas this new setup we ideally just want to send the authorising email to the manager with the pertinent data included in the template so that they do not have to log into SM and view the full request data and just make use of a collaboration licence instead. Is this currently possible / has anyone else found a solution to a similar situation? If this is not something currently available, could it be explored further at all please as an enhancement? Many thanks as always
  4. Error message I am receiving: An error occurred initializing the framework. Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[session::getApplicationList] Failed to load app store content catalog from CDN
  5. I have seen the same occur again this morning twice, although seemed to be just for a moment, then reconnected @Deen FYI
  6. Hi Chris, yes ours has now come back to life after a brief outage - thank you for the update
  7. Hi All Our instance is not available for anyone, and we are getting an error when on the logon screen as below - anyone else seeing the same? I have raised a support ticket Many thanks Could not load config: timeout undefined
  8. Hiya, Just trying to deactivate an old version of a BPM but getting this error? : Workflow schema validation error: The minimum length of the value in element was expected to be 1 but was actually 0 at location '/definition/stage/flow/node/decision/goto' Any ideas? Thanks
  9. Hi Steve, just a quick update: we could not get it to work with Wait for linked request completion node, but it is now working with a Wait for request update node instead. Thank you as always
  10. Thank you for the confirmation Alex, much appreciated as always
  11. Hi Steve, yes sorry wrong description of the node - using the Wait for Linked Request Completion in the parent request, and below is the flow in the linked request that needs to raise another linked request Parent: Linked request:
  12. Hiya, We are making use of the new Wait for Linked Request node in our parent request, and this is working well for this scenario where you have a parent request, with linked requests. However, we have a requirement to raise a linked request dependent on correct criteria to raise a linked request. However, the wait for linked request node in the linked (now parent) request does not appear to be working the same. So I wanted to check should this work on a linked request raising another linked request? We have set the request number to be the newly created linked request from the outcome on the create linked request node, but it appears to just ignore the wait for linked request completion. Many thanks as always
  13. @James AinsworthHi James, just to confirm I have this enabled and all setup in our Customer portal, along with the amended translation. Many thanks to you all for getting this live in a timely manner Much appreciated as always !
  14. Thanks for the clarification - I will let the user know (its not a big issue really). Thanks as always
  15. Hiya One of my Users has highlighted an update email he got on a request where his name shows as {"firstname Surname - Southend", "urn:sys:user:firstname.surname"}. When checking the update in the timeline that spawned the email it shows as using the @function so reads 'Hi @firstname.surname - Southend , I've added that in there for you now. Is this replacing a PC or a new one? Thanks!' so I wanted to check this is expected? Many thanks as always Email text: Timeline text:
  16. Hi All My supplier manager user has noticed that she can only duplicate (renew) a contract one time. Once duplicated no option to duplicate (renew) more than once, so I wanted to check if this was correct behaviour please? Many thanks
  17. Thanks James - we read the above as it was being rolled back from the previous roll out I can still see the functionality on the configuration, just wanted to check the above patch note that is all Thank you for also confirming the translation should be available now as well - I will take a look at that today Many thanks as always
  18. Hi @James Ainsworth Just noted the update announcement which contains the text as below - I wanted to check if there is any timescale for the rebuild please as we require this functionality to complete our New Joiner roll out. Many thanks Admin - Platform Conf - Customer Portal: Rollback "Allow contacts to select their organization" option as requires never server build.
  19. @James AinsworthHi James, apologies I raised this as a support ticket in the end. It was indeed an issue with the lane data (somehow it was removed or reset to blank). I have now corrected this in the SLA so hopefully will see the error slowly disappear from the requests Many thanks as always, and my apologies I did not update back here after raising the ticket
  20. Thanks Alex, I suspected it may be down to the field format - thank you for confirming. Many thanks as always
  21. Thanks Steve, yes ideally I would avoid Admin allocation so will have to talk to the team to identify who will be the owner of these tasks going forward. Many thanks as always
  22. Thanks Steve, it may well be the Admin role I am looking for then as I want teams to be able to reassign their own tasks going forward I will take a look at the wiki page again Many thanks as always
  23. Hi Jan - the unexpected desktop notifications have now finally stopped so I am no longer getting bombarded with notifications every second so that is good However these were just notifications on my Windows desktop, and i have not noted any issues with notifications within the system but will keep an eye on those to make sure we are not seeing anything similar in our instance Many thanks
