Is there an issue with using Attachment Titles and Info Message in Add Attachment nodes?? I am using this for some of my procaps and notice that all of a sudden the Attachment Titles and Info Message disappear and all that displays is the upload document button, without the wording around it that I have entered in these fields. This is happening on live procaps so is very worrying!? An example of a procap where this just happened is our HRA Senior Management Appointment procap. It was fine this morning but now its all blank again, both in the procap via self service and in the BPM the fields are blank too? Sam

Hi, I have a custom field which pulls through into an authorisation node which is then obviously displayed in the authorisation task sent to the authoriser. I've used h_custom_22 so as it pulls through as a DD-MM-YYYY format as I thought this meant I wouldn't need to do a date conversion but its still displaying as YYYY-MM-DD in the task (see Payment Due Date in example attached). Why is this?? (It displays fine in other auto-emails where its used) Sam

Hi @Victor, a gentle prod re my post above, thanks Sam

Hi @Victor, The sub status I want when an analyst takes a request off hold manually is only relevant to a particular catalog item in the service so I'm concerned it will impact on requests raised in other catalog items incorrectly? I also don't understand how I build the sub status into the business process if my Suspend and Wait For Request Off Hold node is intercepted (ie taken off hold manually). Can you provide an example please? Thanks Sam

Hi @Victor where's my previous topic gone, I still want to see what you said about the use of sub statuses, thanks

Hi @Conor, that was it!! haha @Victor, no further investigation required. Thanks Sam

Hi @Victor, can you just check something out for me please. I've created a test service called 'TEST Service with Sub Statuses' so I can have a play. I've added in 2 test catalog items but when I go to the portal these catalog items don't show up and i cant see why. It just says 'There are currently no Catalogs or Requests against this Service ' Can you take a quick look at it? Probably something silly I've missed but can't see what. Its visible and I'm subscribed to it. Thanks Sam

Hi I'm just doing an Export from a request list and selecting all columns but there seems to be a number of columns missing that used to be there eg. Resolved Time and Within Resolved Time. What's happened to these? Sam

Hi, I have this error message coming up in a process (TEST HRA Honorarium Process (NEW) BSO selects HoS) when its supposed to move to human task. I've never seen this before. The User in the h/t is System Administrator so I don't know where its getting specified user 'SYS_BPM_MANAGER' from? Any pointers as to what this might be please? I'm sure i've tested this process before and it didn't error? Thanks Sam

Hi @Victor, ok. I've never played with sub-statuses yet so will need to read up on them. Any pointers to speed up my learning much appreciated. Sam

Hi This is a long shot but, if a request is on hold until a certain date/time and then it generates an auto-email when it comes off hold automatically, is there a way of not sending that auto=email if the request is taken off hold manually by the request owner? Sam

Okey doke

Thanks for your help @Victor. Just another quick question, are you able to auto-forward emails received with a particular subject, to another address via a routing rule or is this operation not available? Sam
-
Aha! Ok, thanks @Victor. @Stuart Torres-Catmur will you pick up this amendment please and confirm once done, thanks Sam
