It is Asset Management that we are looking to use for Software and Systems but as yet we are unsure if it allows us to achieve what we are looking for. Hi We would like, if possible, to use Hornbill to create Systems/Software Databases. These would act as content rich repositories of information that our analysts can access at any time, and we would also like to be able to present lists of systems or software in IC's using the provide type of 'Data Query' and getting assets by type rather than having to create and maintain simple lists. In this way, list in ICs would automatically update if when the databases are updated. Has anyone actually implemented this and would be willing to talk to us about how you achieved it? The suspend node also now works, thank you. all I need to fathom out now is how I would replicate this for other teams/linked requests raised but note that as you said, may require multiple suspend nodes however this may not be within current capabilities. I'll see what happens Sam

You have an custom expression (likely the "Yes" branch on the decision node after the parallel processing) that has criteria for linked request(s). You have (at least) a path in the parallel processing that will not raise a linked request. If your workflow goes through this (or these) paths then there is no linked request thus you will have an invalid criteria for the expression. I changed the variable in the decision and this part now works, thank you

Thanks @Victor, I'll see if I can fix based on your advice above. Once I have this field I intend adding further flows within the parallel process which will raise linked requests also. How will I cater for these in the suspend node if I want to wait for them all to resolve? thanks Sam

Hi, I'm still struggling to configure what I need. I need to run multiple flows concurrently in a parallel process, depending on what systems are selected in a custom field and what team therefore grants the system access. This is the current BPM config... If I select a system for 1st Line team only I get the following error. I also get this error if I select systems for both teams. decision ("stage-f15d6516"/"decision-77543c75") execute: at 2/61: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'newRequestId' of undefined" return [((global["flowcoderefs"]["logRequestServiceRequest"]["newRequestId"]!=undefined && global["flowcoderefs"]["logRequestServiceRequest"]["newRequestId"]!=nul... If I select system for Lorenzo team only, it raises the linked request, and then updates the parent request timeline when the linked request is resolved, but it doesn't move onto the 'system access granted' checkpoint or the next stage of the process. This is what I've got configured in the suspend node, is it correct? Any additional assistance much appreciated. Sam

Hi Daniel We did experience a few annoying bugs in our page designs yes. I understand the pages are saved in a draft state until you can publish so that you can continue designing until you are ready. Its just when going into design mode, some pages didn't take you to the design you are editing. I think it ended up being to do with the visibility versions and have now ended up removing User and Basic versions so as not to cause any further issues. I did have to re-design one of our pages from scratch in the end though which lost me 3 hours of my life! Really frustrating. Being able to copy widgets would save a huge amount of time so I'd definitely put my vote to that improvement.

Hi I raised the topic below and chased earlier this week but no response to date. We are about to publish and launch our new IT domain page tomorrow and I've done huge amounts of design work to get it ready. When I'm currently in design mode it looks great, but when i exit design mode it reverts back to a previous (early) version of the new design. I'm hoping that when I publish the page tomorrow the current version is the one that publishes but I'm rather nervous tht that may not be the case!! Can someone put my mind at rest please? Hi @Daniel Dekel Any progress with getting this defect sorted? I'm designing lots of child pages currently and when I go to view them sometimes it presents old versions and its making me really nervous. This also happens sometimes if I exit design mode on a page i.e. it reverts to an old version. We are going live with our new pages this weekend and I really want to have confidence that the content I am designing on the pages is all there and will present correctly when published. Thanks Sam

Hi, I'm designing child pages for our portal and for the last widgets on a page, although I select 'Use Content Height' for them, it still displays bigger than the content of the widgets, see attached examples. Any ideas why, and can this be rectified? Thanks Sam

Hi, we have a requirement in one of our PCs to enter contractual hours so the number may have a decimal point and shouldn't be above 40. We currently have a regex on it so only a number is entered but can someone assist with a regex that would cover all of our requirements (only a number, decimal point, not over 40) or is this not achievable?
